I have used this company for 10 years and they have never failed to respond as quickly as possible. I have 3 air conditioning units and this company have now replaced all 3, one by one as they have broken down over the years. They are very polite, clean, and nice people and their workers are the same, and they also clean up after their work. They do a fantastic job and even supplied a concrete base for my outside units at no charge. I feel like they are very honest compared to companies I have used in the past and don't try to sell you something that you don't need. They also try to send a serviceman within the same day if you are having a problem. All the people on my street use them because they are a reputable company. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: One of our air conditioning units stopped working in the middle of the afternoon. I called Hal Watson and spoke with Daphne who said she would send someone over late afternoon to take a look. Ken arrived at 5 pm and after checking everything determined that the compressor was broken. We then discussed different types of compressors that would work with our attic coil and approx pricing. He mentioned replacing the coil and the unit after I asked him about it. In the past all heating and a/c companies have ALWAYS recommend this which is a lot of $$$(double of what a compressor costs). Ken worked with us on getting the best unit for the least amount of $$. Later that evening, ken and another serviceman delivered and installed the unit even though it was 9 pm.

The company originally installed the system so that is why they service it. They always let us know when it is time to have the a/c system serviced. The company checks all parts of the system, and will replace any faulty/damaged ones promptly. They stand by their work done. I have recommended them to several people.
