The technician, Alex, was very professional and assisted me in setting up my smart thermostat. I would hire him again.

Tech's were on time and worked quickly and effectively. Did a through system check and cleaned up. Replaced the compressor which was under warranty so only labor was charged. While they had the best price it still came out to roughly $300 per hour for one tech and a helper. In any case, I will continue to use them for annual check ups and routine repairs. I do highly recommend them for overall price and quality. Good company.

We called In a summer AC breakdown, and they arrived an hour after the call and an hour before the initial window. A new capacitor was installed within 30 minutes. In this time of pandemic, service was safe, fast, and effective. I was very impressed and will call them next time I have a problem.

Very professionals and they don't charge for first visit. They came to my house very well protected using face masks, globes, etc. and disinfected with Lysol whatever they touched. They changed the failing part of my AC. No complains so far.

I called Fresh Tech AC on a holiday in the middle of the summer as my AC quit working. They came out, found the problem. Unfortunately I needed a new AC. They replaced it within a few days and re-positioned the system in my attic. My old system was approximately 20 yrs. old. The technicians are very professional and polite. My AC system is over two years old now and I have had no problems. If I have a question, they will come out or answer my question immediately. I highly recommend this company.
