Good, quick service on a holiday. However, I wasn't given an idea of cost until after the work was done. I was told they were going to give me an estimate, but then they just fixed it then told me the price. That puts the customer in an awkward position if not comfortable with the price or service.

The team arrived within an hour of us contacting them. Gave us a competitive quote which was less than half of one of the quotes we received. They had us with cold ac very quickly. The team was very professional and ensured to clean up behind themselves. I appreciated the technology of receiving my invoice via email. I would highly recommend.

Primary drain on central AC unit clogged and water was coming from secondary drain outside. Has happened at other home and ruined ceiling. Home Advisor answered my request for emergency repair and Fresh Tech responded in a couple hours and fixed the problem. No damage to my ceiling this time-so grateful.

Honest and reliable! Our home warranty company dispatched a contractor that refused to do repairs without first obtaining $135 for a leak test. We read reviews about that company and they had an rating of 1.5 stars with LOTS of complaints so we got rid of them and called Fresh Tech instead. Fresh Tech showed up the day I called to diagnose and provide repair estimate at no cost. We then had to go back and forth with our home warranty reps and Fresh Tech worked with us by providing proof of diagnostic work done and estimates. We were finally ready to move forward with a whole new AC system (2 of them - upstairs and downstairs units) on a Friday afternoon. We called Fresh Tech to find out when they could schedule us and they really went the extra mile by showing up the very next morning with all the equipment and all hands on deck. It was impressive! They arrived around 9 in the morning and had completed the work, our walkthrough, and clean-up by 2pm same day. I hated spending that money, but at least I know we got good equipment and excellent work for it. We'll definitely hire this company to service the units at as they age, and highly recommend them for your AC needs.
