Waking up hot on Sat.am..I text Herron, by 6:50am.he texted me back. Amazing. Came when he said..cool air in 2 hrs. Not only did he fix the problem but also for a fair price. Would use FreshTech and recommend to others.

Fresh Tech showed up on time and even with the wrong parts delivered on a late Friday afternoon/evening, the service technicians stayed until the project was completed. The technician came by the following day to make sure that everything was working as it was supposed to. While I believe the pricing was a tad high, the service was impeccable. Thumbs up to this company and yes I would recommend them them to my neighbors and friends.

Home Advisor gave me three HVAC co.to choose from in my area. One quoted a price in a text as a flat rate to do the work and when they came out they tried to charge me additional money (+$300)higher then the "flat rate" quoted plus a charge for 6 lbs of Freon they said I was low. I did not use their services. One co. called and asked if I had gotten any quotes yet. When I told him what the other quote was he lowered his quote $57 lower than the other one I had received. I accepted his bid and he said he would come the next day to inspect the job and schedule it. I have not heard from or seen him since. Fresh Tech came out the day I had received the 3 HVAC names from Home Advisor and inspected the hvac system and gave me a quote. I did not immediately accept the bid because it was $100-150 higher than the other two. They quoted a price to replace the copper line set and they honored it even though an additional part need to be replaced. They did not charge me extra for Freon because they said the expansion valve( replaced part) was sticking and that would make the gauges read as if my system was low on Freon. They were polite, efficient, and through.

They came out first thing in the morning and fix my AC right away.

Great service. Erin is fantastic, very knowledgeable, nice and friendly. My air con was making a terrible noise, I was afraid the old unit was gone. It seems something had got in my air con. Enron did an inspection and found no damage. He did not charge me for the service call. Very helpful for a retired person.

The company Fresh Air was absolutely excellent. They came out and installed a new Air Conditioning system form my home.The professionals was polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing HVAC replacement.

They fit me in same day, were on time, and fixed my problem. Reasonably priced, and 1 yr warranty on the part they fixed. Highly recommend.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!

Herran and his team were real professionals. They were able to come to my house within just a few hours of me calling. From the beginning I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He pointed out some things that the first company failed to notice. I found out the builders for my house out in a 2.5 ton unit outside when I should of had a 3.5 ton. I have a 1626sq ft home and for every 500sw ft you need 1 ton. As far as the price goes I got a great deal. Also I was able to finance everything at zero interest. Once I decided to go with them 2 days later they were installing my new unit. Gave 4.5 because although they did a great job all the way around I did have to sweep my garage after they left. They did a good job cleaning up the lawn but I had to spend a few minutes sweeping. Over all I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

The team arrived on time, were very professional, and cleaned up as they worked. They wore shoe protectors and put protective covering where they worked inside the house. We barely knew they were there. I would definitely recommend their services.
