They were exceptional in every way. The price paid--$1725 was about $400 less than others had quoted and they performed more work. They actually communicated by phone and were within minutes of being on time. They did their work and cleaned up completely afterwards. They were exceptionally neat.

Heron, is the young man that owns the business. Straight shooter, seems good. Diagnosed the problem and jury rigged the a/c with a spare capacitor until the correct part came in the next day. That was good. Repaired and cleaned both units. I was surprised at the $500. repair bill, but in hindsight, I'm good. I did not use my warranty company fearing a long delay in this hot temperature. I think I'll keep Heron (Fresh Tech) and lose the warranty company.
