They are good. I mean, overall, good. There’s a lot of this I don’t remember.

I was very impressed with these guys. They had to come back multiple days to get the stumps but everything is gone and they have a great price. One of the tree's even was growing threw a metal chain link fence and they got everything removed without damaging the main supports (just have to fix the chain part). I would highly recommend them. We had two large tree's removed with their stumps and roots. Also had an old stump which was removed too.

Best price of several bids. This company was top notch in every category. The co-owner came out exactly on time to provide the quote. I will definitely use them again in the future. The crew was right on time. They were very efficient and actually amazing at how quickly and expertly they handled the job.

I needed to have a large oak tree cut down because it was hanging over my house. I called to schedule an estimate. They showed up on time. When I decided to have the work done, they were able to schedule me within a week. They showed up on time for the work. The crew foreman was very professional. A 5 or 6 member crew worked together to get the large tree down without damaging my house. A neighbor who watched them work was very impressed with their skill. They hauled off the tree and even raked and swept up the leaves and small branches. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Sent a request (with photo) for a quote via email to cut down a large, nearly dead, cottonwood tree. I had used their service previously to cut down a medium sized tree for $650. I expected this one to cost more as it was larger, probably near 50 foot tall, and falling apart. So I did obtain other quotes, as I had graded this company a "B" last time. But the other bid I obtained was for nearly $1800, and EF Tree Service quoted me only $1100, after about a weeks delay in responding. (They were busy). They were able to schedule for a few days later, although the rain caused a delay of a couple days, which was fine. I do not actually live at that address, and was unable to meet them there, but all worked out fine. They cut the tree for $1000, and for an extra $100 ground the stump and some other large roots protruding from the ground nearby . Clean-up was a bit sloppy with some branches left behind, and some large chunks I had to cleanup prior to mowing the lawn. I realize I probably could have received "A" graded service from the other company, but not $700 better service. EF Tree Svce could easily become an "A" graded company with some attention to detail, and still keep the price low, and thus get more business.

I have used this company several times to remove trees from my yard, and I have never been disappointed. Usually, once you call, they are out to give you an estimate within a day or so, and they are very reasonable. Once you decide you want the work performed, they usually do it within a couple of days. They come when they say they will come, and they are very efficient and professional. I am so happy with this company, that I don't even think twice about using them, or recommending them.

I had a large tree near my home that had developed a crack right down the middle of the fork of the two major limbs. It had not split open yet but the crack was gradually widening. The half that would have split away first would have fallen on my new roof. I called a friend of mine in the landscaping business and he recommended EF Tree Service. Next I checked Angies List and saw they were "A" rated, although it was just a few ratings. I sent an email to the owner with photo's attached which they responded to 3-4 days later with a quote. They were ready to schedule it on Memorial Day, but I persuaded them to do it the day after that when I would be there at least part of the day to observe. They were there promptly, early in the morning. I found out which of about 6 people was the foreman and introduced myself as the owner, but that was about all we spoke. He made no effort to discuss any aspect of the job further. They had the tree down and into the chipper in about half a day. They finished up later in the afternoon grinding the stump to about 6 inches below ground level. They cleaned up fairly well, leaving only a few large pieces behind. But I did have to scour the yard before mowing any grass again so I wouldn't hit any large chunks, and they did leave the front porch a mess. Minor things but room for improvement. Overall it was good job at a great price.

They came out when they said they would to give me their free estimate. Once I decided to have them complete the job, they came within a week, and at the time they said they would come. They were very professional and reasonably priced when compared to other estimates I had gotten. They did what I asked them to do, and cleaned up the debris before they left. I have used them in the past to cut down smaller trees in my backyard, and on that occasion, they accidentally tore a screen in one of my windows when they were bringing the large tree limbs out from the backyard. They were quick to point out what had happened, and they came back within a couple of days to put in a new screen. I have had other family members use them as well, and none of us have had a bad experience with them. I would definately recommend them, and use them again in the future.

They were very prompt and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did a really good job and I was very impressed with the owner. They were very price-competitive. I would highly recommend them.

EF Tree Service does great work. The crew was on time, polite and friendly. They chopped the limbs off the trees and they climbed those trees like monkeys. They sure know what they're doing. Elidio is the owner and he sent three guys to trim the trees and they did a very good job. The price was very reasonable and I have referred them to other people.

This was the best price for the work that needed done. After the hurricane, one tree was halfway hanging over our neighbor s house. So this wasn t really a normal removal job. A lot of other tree services want $1000 to $2000 to do the job. I really loved how professional they were, and how quick they got the jobs done. They are always polite, and on time.
