I do solid wood,engineered,laminate,and vinyl. I can patch ,spot sand and coat so if there is any damage to your floors ,In a lot of cases you will not need whole floor replacement, I am insured and have plenty of references that i can provide.I can meet you anytime and the estimate is free.
