We have been using Spring Branch Water Well Service for all our well needs for approx, 18 years. They always provide great service & thoroughly explain each job.

The good: The contractor showed up within an hour of our initial call, then scheduled the full job for the next day! Amazing. They completed the task within one day.

The bad: This group had zero respect for our property. They left several hundred feet of corroded pipe laying amongst the trees. They cut down a tree without permission ( ostensibly for a laydown area, even though there was already a laydown area available that had been used in the past for this purpose). They damaged a stacked rock wall, damaged the pump house roof, and generally made a mess of the exterior of the pump house. The interior of the pump house was also a muddy mess.

The Ugly: When contacted to enquire when they would return to clean up the mess, the contractor stated that 1) most people want the old pipe, so we left it. 2) this is a messy process and some mud should be expected. 3) we had to make a place to put the pipe, so they and quot;trimmedand quot; a tree. He became belligerent and combative when we offered that yes we understand a mess occurs, but we think it is part of the job to clean up.

This group offered no communication as to what they were doing, nor gave any sort of estimates prior to performing the work. Since they had done work for us before, we trusted they would perform acceptably. They are the most unprofessional contractor of any that I have encountered (and I've been managing commercial property high-rise, medical, retail, and warehouse for over 20 years).

It went very well. I was very happy.

I'm still waiting for them to finish the Job. Contacted them approximately in November 27, 2013.

Since we were anticipating that the problem would be much larger, we were pleased to learn that it wasn't. We appreciated their quick response and honesty.

They've done good service for me. It got down in the teens and everything froze up, we weren't ready for it. They thawed it all out and they replaced the lip on it. I used them because they were the ones that responded quickly. They were prompt and quick and prompt service.

Very professional, accurate estimates of problem, fix, and cost. Kept me informed of all stages of the work, made sure I inspected the work, answered all my questions about process and product, and made sure I approved their next steps. A full day's work, done by professional, courteous men. My water pressure is excellent - better than it has been in years. Extremely satisfied with the work done.

It's not technically against the law to sell them but to sell them is unethical because they burnt a bunch of houses down. He won't give me my money back until his worker returns from vacation and I have to bring the unit back. He is being very evasive and I think I'm going to have to contact a lawyer about the issue.
