About us

When hurricane Ike hit in 2008, some people I had met and had became friends with received serious damage to their home. I had previously done work for them with another company. My friends encouraged me to start my own business so that I could personally do the work for them. It was a big step, but with their support and the support of my family it seemed like the thing to do. It was a tough start but after 14 years we are still at it, and business gets better every year. We are general contractors now and do full kitchen and bath remodels as well as hardwood and tile flooring, additions, flood remediation, drywall repair, fencing and everything in between. We provide creative ideas for those tricky projects or tight budgets. Frazier's Remodeling & Home Repair LLC strives for the highest quality of work and cleanliness, with reliable & dependable respect for you and your home.

Chris was such a PRO!  He contacted the blinds company in CA for the chords - and thank goodness was VERY persistant - for a very small job!  The blinds company was totally inept - sent him & me the wrong size not once, not twice, but FOUR TIMES - and this was after he spoke with management on 2 different occasions.  AND THIS WAS OVER A 2 MONTH PERIOD OF TIME!  The fact that he took the time for such a small job really impressed me.  He kept me updated, we finally got the job done - he always followed through with what he said, and his crew arrived on time & were very professional.  I will use him & recommend him unhesitatingly!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Fraziers Home Repair.  Chris sent three men on Friday morning to install ceramic tile and they finished the job in record time.  Very professional and very quick.  They returned Saturday morning to grout and did an awesome job.  They were neat, cleaned up after themselves and matched the labor cost that Home Depot gave us.  Frazier's will be back this Friday to install several lights and complete a couple of odd jobs.  Would definitely recommend this company. A+++.

Overall, things went very well.  I had already purchased the paint needed and the blind.  They completed all work except the painting of the chimney and even worked on Sunday to finish the painting of the front porch.   If it doesn't rain today, they will complete the work.

I have used Chris and his team previously.  They are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner.  They painted my front foyer and it looks great..very happy with the quality of work.  They efficiently and safely removed two very large floor to ceiling mirrors in the living room, fixed the drywall and painted the wall.   The improvement is wonderful and the wall texture matches the other walls perfectly...you can't even tell the mirrors were ever there.  They also hung curtain rods which made my husband very happy.  Over all I am very happy with the services and definitely will be using them again.

I wanted a new attic ladder, an aluminum one. He came out a while ago gave me an estimate but I hadnt the time for him to perform project. I asked for a quote from Houston Handyman and they were within $30 of eachother.  He order a ladder it came in and had the company come install it. I thought it was him who was going to install it, but it was a couple other guys who were very nice and professional.

I really liked them. The job turned out well. They are coming in today as well. They were on time and they thought of different ways to do things and make things sturdier. I just found them really responsive. I thought they were very good. That was the first time they had come out to do some work for me. I think their price was very acceptable.
