started out ok. then i found out that a condensation line needed to be installed. no biggee, just a bit more cost. but then i found out the condensation line has to go into the sewage drain. and the only way to get to a drain line was to go up into the attic, then into a vent tube. this would cost a lot more. i was still considering it, until i asked the city what else, and they told me that a hybrid water heater has to be installed where it is heated and cooled, iow, not out in the garage where the regular one is now. that put it way over the top. try to save energy, and the government puts up too many hoops to jump thru. however, the plumber was great, gave an estimate, and answered all of my questions. it was not until after he left that i went to city hall and found out the heater cannot go in the garage. and i would hope this requirement is standard in the industry, not just in the town of krum.

Tech could not adequately explain what needed to be done. he installed bath fixures. Went out to smoke every 10 minutes. Left us with a hole in the wall and an unuseable bath. Ask company for a reference to fix hole in wall and they gave us some guys name who came out, looked at it, said "i will send you a quote" and never heard from him again

He was prompt and courteous. Everything was done as promised. Cleaned up after himself.

I have used Tierney Plumbing twice. Once to replace 2 water heaters and once to replace a kitchen garbage disposal. From initial quotes, to timeliness, to quality of work performed, Tierney's service is stellar. Today was the icing on the cake. I noticed a leak at our water meter, called Tierney and Jennifer suggested I call the city's water department and have them come out before Tierney to ensure the issue is not the city's responsibility. I did so, but within 15 minutes Jason from Tierney's also dropped by as a courtesy at no cost as he was in the area. He quickly identified the leak as coming from our irrigation main line. Tierney advised me that it would be less expensive to repair thru an irrigation company and provided a recommendation. In summary, Tierney has the highest level of integrity and efficiently completes jobs at reasonable rates. They will be our plumbing company as long as we remain in the area and I recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

They could have charged us a little bit for parts, but it was minor.

Excellent work and service. This is our second time using them and both times have been great.

Ron camera'd our line for $250 and gave us a bid of about $6500 to replace 60' of sewer line at 5' deep from house to street. Our line ended up being 8' deep so we paid a little extra for the excavation. The hand-diggers were subcontractors, and they did a great job. Started digging on Monday morning, replaced pipe on Tuesday, Wednesday it was inspected and filled back in. It could not have been smoother. Chris was the project manager and stayed onsite the whole time work was being done. Jennifer handled everything in the office. They are a well-oiled machine - very professional group. We enjoyed using their services.

Gary got the old faucet out and the new one installed, then cut a new tailpipe, which I provided, to size and cleaned up everything. He did a really nice job. Jennifer quoted 12:00 to 2:00 arrival window and Gary was here before 1:00.

This company is wonderful. Jennifer is so calm and gets that you need help NOW. I've used them three times and will again. The first and second use was for clogs and the third was to check for a slab leak. I liked the fast response and excellent workmanship. I felt confident that the work was being done correctly and with my satisfaction in mind. Very trustworthy.

Kris was great. He tackled the job at hand and completed it as fast as possible. He also went the extra mile to prevent the same issue from occurring again by building up the area to keep rainwater away from the shutoff valve. All in all, great service at a great price. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend. Added bonus is seven day a week service availability.

They did a great job fixing a faucet that had been leaking for years. We had several other plumbers tell us it was fixed and a week or so later, it would start leaking again. This time we replaced the faucet and it works great with no leaks! He was quick and explained what needed to be done to solve our problem.

Customer Service is simply outstanding. Jennifer was helpful and really nice. Dealing with the aftermath of buying a house from a dishonest investor, we discovered some plumbing issues. Tierney Plumbing LLC was punctual, professional and on-point with diagnosing and taking care of the problems. I would like to personally thank Jason for convincing me to readdress the plumbing underneath the kitchen sink, that was supposedly "fixed" by a dishonest investor. After doing some tests to reassess the so called "fixed" leaks, he discovered they were not fixed properly, and discovered that the garbage disposal was leaking profusely. Apparently the garbage disposal was defective, despite the reassurance of the investor, and needed to be replaced. I was extremely happy with the services Tierney Plumbing LLC provided, and will use and recommend them in the future.

They showed up on time and did a great job as usual!

The master plumber did good work, but he or someone on the his staff damaged the wood trim on the entry to my attic. When I reported this to their administration they treated me like I was making this story up. I sent them pictures as they requested and have never heard back from them. I expect more professionalism from a company that does work on your home.

They were on time, did the job, worked fast to figure out the problem and fixed it. We will use them again.

The technician is great. This company and its employees are fantastic and most importantly HONEST. The service is not cheap, but their honesty supersedes their price.

Chris was awesome! Very fast, knowledgeable, and accommodating to all of my requests. Made a huge difference for us and we can't thank you enough. Even when a small sediment caused reduced flow, Chris came back and fixed the problem for no charge. If you are needing help on your plumbing jobs, call this company!! Jennifer, not sure what all she does but wow! so helpful and kind on the phone. I am not easy to please and these folks exceeded my expectations. These guys did a very good job. Promptly on time, courteous competent, all in all as good an experiance as you can have with a plumber. (Cleanest truck I've ever seen too...)

The installation went as planned. No issues.

Kris was very professional. He called me to say he was about 30 minutes out and arrived exactly on time. I had the cartridge on-hand but hadn't had the time to buy a new shower head. Kris reminded me that I purchased the two-hour labor deal so he would get started on replacing the cartridge and wait for me if I wanted to go to Lowe's to buy a new shower head. Kris removed the cartridge which happened to broke in 3 and thoroughly cleaned out the mineral deposits of the leaked water over time. When I arrived home with the new shower head, he installed it for me. Then when we were outside, he showed me where the water shutoff valve was and also the screw that controlled the water pressure into my house. He had told me that Frisco had high water pressure so all homes were built with these water pressure control devices. Upon looking around my landscape, Kris also recommended that I remove one of our brushes because if it continued to get bigger, its root could break into the water shutoff valve. All in all, an excellent job and excellent advice. Definitely will call upon Kris again whenever the need arises.
