Jason was hired on the basis of their two hour special. He didn't get everything done in two hours so the price was a bit higher than the special rate. Jason methodically did all of the tasks, was good natured, left to go get a part and installed it. Explained everything. Would hire him again.

The service person arrived on time; was very courteous, completed the fixes within 2 hrs.

I called Tierney plumbing. Ron showed up in 30 minutes and replaced a pressure release valve that wouldn't stop leaking. This is the second time I've used this company. Ron installed a dishwasher for me a couple years ago. This was another positive experience. I like this company because he charges the same flat hourly rate no matter what time or day it is. Ron is honest and professional. This is the only plumber I'll ever use in the future.

The owner of the company called me about 15 minutes prior to the service technicians arriving telling me they will be on time or a few minutes late depending on traffic. The plumber replaced the kitchen faucet per my request and then installed a soap dispenser at the same time. However, where they went above and beyond is that one of the other service techs went to Lowe's to buy the part. They also replaced a seal on one of the toilets. The extra charge for that work was well worth it. Great customer service...something you hardly see anymore.

I had a leaking bathroom faucet, outside faucet and mysterious leak with irrigation system. They replaced a cartridge in the bathroom faucet and totally replaced the outside faucet. There was still time left so they took a look at the irrigation system after he explained that they do not work on the system itself but could repair if ti was a plumbing issue. They very carefully removed the sod from 2 spots and found where the water was leaking from. I recently bought the home and during the course of their troubleshooting they found the hidden cover to the irrigation system. He let me know exactly where it was leaking from, and what needed to be fixed so that will save me some labor time with the irrigation service. He turned off the water until I can get it properly repaired and replaced the sod. You couldn't even tell they had been here. Very pleased with their service and I would't hesitate to call them next time I need any plumbing service.

I actually bought a cheaper Deal with another plumbing company, but decided return that Deal and go with this company, even though their Deal was a little more. Why? Because the other company refused to give me an estimate over the phone for installing a faucet. Tierney scheduled me out within 2 days. When they arrived, they were very professional and went straight to work. The plumber had an assistant which helped him perform the work quickly. They installed my kitchen faucet and air gap within 1 hour. When I told them I wasn't sure why I needed an air gap, he drew a picture and explained how it worked, and what I needed to do if wanted to replace it with a soap dispenser in the future. He then fixed my refrigerator leak (this was a water line leak and didn't really involve any appliance repair). They then unclogged my bathroom sink, and gave me a coupon to use for the next plumbing service I needed. The only additional extra charge I had was for two shut off valves I purchased for $24, since parts were not included with the Angie's list deal. I will definately be using them for my future plumbing needs.

Very pleased with the whole experience. I bought the 2 hour deal and they were quick to email when they would be out. They came out exactly when they said and called about 30 minutes beforehand. The technician came out immediately changed the valve and begin trying to find the leak. He cut a small area out of the ceiling, fixed the leak and replaced the Sheetrock. He was very courteous and cleaned up well after himself. Will definitely use them again!

Plumber was very knowledgable and helped identify the main issue. However, I called back at a later date and was basically dismissed by the owner (I'm pretty sure of this). Never got a return call from him. That was disappointing after the great service I received from the initial plumber. For this reason only, I checked that I would not use this company again.

We contacted them on Friday and couldn't get a same day appointment but an appointment was set for 9am on Saturday morning. They arrived on-time, kept everything neat- removed the old water heater, put in the new one and answered all of the questions I had. Overall- great level of service.

It went much smoother than I thought would happen. James was very neat and kept the parts in a small area. He explained all the work he did, and some potential problems I could have in the future due to the flooring in the toilet area. I was very impressed with his professionalism and how clean he kept everything.

The plumber was on time, stabilized a toilet and unclogged a bathtub.

I'm not 100% happy with the pricing. They do excellent work in a timely fashion.

All went well. Bathtub leak identified and fixed and the plumber also got one of our sinks to drain better with the time left over from his two hours. I'm having them come out again and install some new toilets.

The work performed was good and we have no complaints. However, when the deal is at a set rate for specified time, we need to be aware that the deal is a no deal if the worker cannot complete the job in a reasonably expedient manner.

Timely, professional and accurate. We will be using them to replace our water heaters this week. Very pleased with professionalism and knowledge.

They did a great job! They just got it done quick and I didn't have to deal with any problems. The work was great! I don't think I spent more than the big deal amount.

WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. POLITE AND COURTEOUS. ONLY CHARGED EXTRA FOR TOILET FILL VALVE. UNFORTUNATELY, THE PLUMBER HAD TO COME BACK OUT BECAUSE THE FLAPPER THAT WAS PUT IN WAS NOT THE CORRECT SIZE. MY TOILET ACTUALLY RAN MORE AFTER IT WAS FIXED. BUT, THEY DID COME BACK OUT AND FIX THE ISSUE WITH NO COMPLAINTS.

I purchased a big deal for two hours to get two of my toilets replaced. Make an appointment was easy. Although they said they would be there between 8:30a and 9:00am they did not arrive until 9:45. Luckily someone else was there to let them in. Outside of their tardiness the two guys they sent were professional & installed both toilets in about an hour and half. I would hire again but hopefully there will an improvement on arrival time.

It worked out perfectly fine. The price was great and the service was great. He was in and out of here in about 20 minutes.
