The response from Tierney was great and I was very pleased with their work. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. It really pleased me that they had booties and were happy to wear them at my request. The work was done efficiently and we now have a working faucet on the patio. I would definitely use them again.

It went well. The technician was friendly and professional. He had carefully removed the grass and topsoil where he had to dig and replaced it when he was through - so that the area still looked like it did before he had to dig. I really appreciated that.

Showed up on time...had to run to Lowes for a drill bit but did not charge me for the time it took for that. Work was done as expected with no issues.

Scheduled for 8:00 AM and was right on time. Did involve a bit more than he anticipated as the water heater is hooked to the geo thermal unit. Did not deter him at all. Knew exactly what to do. I had received a bid for the work on 2/11/14 via email. The only question I would raise is that at no time was the 10% senior discount mentioned to me. It would have saved me $95.00. When he left he brought me a coupon for $50 off plumbing and $100 off water heater installation. Since this one should last another 15 years I guess I will use it then.

We had a plumbing emergency around 5:00 pm. All 3 bathroom toliets were not flushing and were backing up. Plunging was not working. We called Tierney Plumbing and they came out within 30 minutes. James talked with us and we showed him the bathrooms and outside where the pipe exits the house. It is an older house and does not have a cleanout outside. James determined where the pipe was clogged. He took apart the plumbing under a bathroom sink and was able to use the electronic hose to unclog the pipe. He was very professional and friendly. The cost was very fair for after hour work. Great job!

I spoke with Jennifer on the phone and she was fantastic. When it looked like we had a constant leak that wouldn't stop, she was able to move our appointment forward a day. Gary did exceptional work. He arrived two hours early (which was great) and replaced our kitchen faucet without a hitch. I paid for two hours of plumbing service, and after the kitchen faucet we had about 45 minutes left. In that 45 minutes, he worked on the shower drain, fixed the shower head, and gave me advice on how to fix our bathroom faucet and toilet. I have definitely found our plumbing company for any future problems. If any of our DIY projects don't work, I am calling them to come help us out.

Company phoned a day in advance to confirm appointment. Plumber called 45 minutes before arriving to let us know they were on their way. A plumber and his helper arrived on time, They were professional in dress, appearance and behavior, with all the appropriate tools. I had purchased the two hours of plumbing for a special price and they finis within the time range, so no extra payment required. I will be making a major purchase of a hot water heater in the near future and will be contacting them for installation and required drain pan and cut off. Excellent impression at the house call, no attempt to sell and no return of problems.

Extremely satisfied. Had contracted for two hours but chose to keep for 4 1/2 hours of work. Everything disclosed up front. No surprises. I provided the materials to lessen costs. Tech was neat and thorough in all repairs.

The plumber was amazing! I love the guy and will happily use him again! He found the problem in about 5 seconds...the pipe going from the sink to the disposal was too short. He had it fixed in 5 minutes. Then, because the minimum charge is one hour, he checked all of the other plumbing stuff in the 4-plex (4 apartments). He cleaned out a bathtub train and adjusted a toilet. Then, he tightened all of the nuts on all of the outside faucets, and discovered that one faucet needs a new nut. Finally, we went inside another unit and cleaned another drain. It was money well spent. First, although I would have discovered what was leaking, I wouldn't have fixed it correctly. I would have just forced the pipes together and tightened the nut, assuming that it was supposed to be difficult to tighten. Second, it was a pleasure to spend the money when he cheerfully did everything he could to earn his full hour. Thank you!

The fix was so easy that I think the plumber wished he could do more. It's almost as if paying for the two hours (even at a discounted rate) was too much. So, he cleaned some other drains and asked if I could think of anything else. I was still happy with the deal. it wasn't his fault that the fix was easy, and he certainly didn't try to make it look harder than it was. And he certainly DID NOT try to replace my disposal. Even so, he came back about ten minutes after leaving and gave me a $50 off coupon on my next job with them. That made a perfectly good experience even better! These guys are definitely my plumbers from now on.

On time quick and done as scheduled.

Pulled the toilet and removed/disconnected drain and water lines to the vanity cabinet to get access to the wall. Accessed plumbing in the wall from the bathroom location. Leak is on cast iron pipe at the floor level at the cast iron hub. Removed leaking section by cutting at the cast iron hub. Replaced cast iron pipe with PVC pipe to vent and kitchen drain. Tested good. Reset toilet and reconnected water lines and drain for vanity cabinet.From the invoice, everything works great no more leaks.

Job complete and I'm happy.

I only talked to them on the phone to schedule an appointment and let them know the situation. I ended up not needing there services in the end. They were very friendly on the phone.

We called because our son dropped a car down the shower drain. They unclogged every thing and pulled considerably more than a car up! Then, because we had bought a deal where the service was for 2 hours, I had them deal with a sewage smell coming out of our master bath room. I had already called a previous plumber for this same issue and it did not fix the problem. They were able to identify the problem right away and fix it and eliminate the smell. It was the same thing the prior plumber did, but he had done it incorrectly. They were absolutely incredible and very professional. They dealt kindly with my 2 year old who was peeping over their shoulder the entire time. They didn't charge me at all for resetting the toilet. They are extremely honest and overall, really great to be around (which I would venture to say isn't typical of plumbers). I could not say enough good things about these guys!

Ron fit me in on short notice. The day was nasty, snowing and 18 degrees, yet he came quickly, worked fast, and got the problem fixed. I'm adding him to my contact list for future reference. Great work.

tough repair because pipe embedded I concrete. They had to chip out the conicrete to get to the leak. Had to get a special tool and had to wait to get it, but still fixed it within the two hour window, 19 dollars for parts a we were done. Great experience! Thanks guys! Thanks Jennifer!

All went well. Everything was fixed and functions great.

The company came out and identified that the leak was due to a loose washer. Of course it was about a two second fix but the technician took the time to educate me on on things to look for in the future. I had purchased a new sink faucet so he installed the faucet for me and offered to look at anything else I needed in the house. Very courteous and professional.

THe provider was prompt but later called to express regrets as the area I live in is far from them and is not serviced by them.

Jason was here on time was very friendly and professional. Did an excellant job on everything he did and cleaned up after all jobs. I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely use them again, as well as recommending to a friend. The 2 / 1 hourly price was great getting 2 hours labor for $135, rest of cost was materials.
