I purchased the big deal for two hours worth of plumbing work. It went very well. I had a list of five things that I needed done. I'm disabled so I can't even get to some of the places where the work needs to be done. The gentlemen came in, surveyed everything and told me what order he was going to with. He got it all done in about an hour and forty five minutes. He came back and said I have fifteen more minutes and if I wanted any more done. I had other things to do, but it was a great deal and all five of the items have been fine since then so I haven't had any reason to doubt the quality of their work. I remember being happy with the price.

It went well. Everything was good except that they had to remove some brick and water and didn’t replace them so I have to get that done.

After five hours of working here, he still didn’t fix the problem but he did charge me a lot extra. It cost me another $210 over and above the big deal for $139 and he did not fix the problem. I assumed there was a plug somewhere along the way, well he claims he snaked it out all the way through but I still have exactly the same problem that I had before. I thought I would be getting a plumber that would be able to solve my problem because I had explained what my problem was and so on and he came and spent a great deal of time working on it but he didn’t seem to be able to solve the problem. He spent four or five hours here and he had nearly admitted that he didn’t have the equipment to solve the problem. I was not pleased with the service. He left the drain cover open, so it is sitting there loose now and he didn’t leave the screws around for me to put it back in. It is not what I call adequate. There was a big mess in my shower when he was done, I had to clean out the tub and I still have the problem of it backing up every time. I was so frustrated but I was going out of town, so I waited until I came back and then I called someone out that is coming out today. Responsiveness was good; they came out fairly quickly when I contacted them. They said they weren’t emergency service people, that offer was not for emergency services but I thought why else would you call a plumber but that you had a problem, so I didn’t understand that. So I got a response, they came quickly but it was sort of like’ that’s not what we are here for’ and I thought what is a plumber there for but to solve a plumbing problem. If they had solved the problem I wouldn’t have mind paying the extra $210 but when I am paying that much and I am still having to hire someone else to do the job, I feel like I got duped. He was a nice and polite guy but I did not know if he was a plumber’s assistant that didn’t know how to do a job well. I wasn’t satisfied and I would never cal them back. They were within half an hour of when they said they would be here, so they were fairly punctual. The guy tried his best but I think he was ill trained. He tried and I would give him credit for that. He spent his whole time in the bathroom, I never saw him but I heard him grunting in there.

The service person is very professional and arrived on time. He is very efficient and good at what he does. Also, he keeps the work area very clean, haul away the old toilets without leaving any mess (this is very important to me since I am a clean freak). Will definitely use their services again for any future plumbing work.

Everything went very well. We were very satisfied with the service. The plumber who came out was helpful and took care of all the problems we had.

Everything turned out well. They came out within a couple of days after I purchased the deal, they arrived on time, and they completed all of the tasks efficiently. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves which we appreciated.

Tierney's had computer problems and we did not connect until I had resolved the issue on my own. They agreed to refund my money due to the circumstances. I feel like everything worked out fine.

Poor, Poor, Poor! I hired this Co based on Angie's rating of "A" so I felt this was a sure thing. They were responsive to my call, I explained what was happening and they sent a plumber on a Saturday afternoon and advised me he would be on OT at my expense. So, appreciated them making me aware of this. The plumber arrived, look at my issue and began his work. He continued to work and made his way to the cracked PVC pipe. He dug around to make room and really did not clear the work area as standing water w/dirt was all around. (He had already shut the main water valve her worked and finally knew what need replacing and went in to his truck and after searching for some time (on double time) he came out and advised me that he doesn't carry the size of piping I need and that he would would need to go to a big box store on my time or I could go myself and get the pipes he needed! (Really, you mean I hired a plumbing co. that doesn't carry the piping they need to repair home pipes with - and what was he going to do - drive all over McKinney until he found one since he did not live in McKinney - and how convenient while on OT - my penny) After I left for the big box store to get his supplies, I return and he realized he also needed another size pipe that he did not carry but it was only sold at certain supply stores however, he was going to bore out on the PVC pipes to make it a bit larger in size to make it fit. (again, how convenient that this co. did not carry the pipe size they need and now needed to bore out a hole in the pipe with a drill - which was going to make the clock go slow because he would bore try and fit, bore try and fit again, and again, and again. Well all this time shavings from the boring were going in the piping as well as mud, debris and what ever else was in the water. Finally he finished that part and then went to open the main valve and it started leaking on him so he had to fix this which added another 45 mins. (If the plumber breaks something, why does the customer have pay for him to fix his issue and especially on OT). Finally, he left and said we might see some dirt in the water until it cleared out - well not only was MUD coming out of the pipes for some time - but, it was so muddy and filled with debris that the pipes on the tub and commode pipes were stopped up with mud and they had to come out clean the pipes and they also had to replace the inside of the commode with replacement parts - which I did not find out until the following day when I went to investigate their work. All I can say is POOR, POOR, POOR!

I ended up not needing the work done, although they were overall responsive. I think they were professional, too.

They were great. They sent one guy out to do the job and he got the job done in about 4 hours. The plumber was very professional and courteous.

It went great! They did a good and handled all of the tasks I needed done. I had to pay more than the Big Deal covered due to the pipes in my home being older, though it was well worth the money. They were very thorough and professional.

What's more is that the plumber finished the faucet repairs in less than two hours, so he offered to work on some outdoor spigots at no extra cost.

The plumber did a great job and was very nice. I will definitely call them again if i have other plumbing needs!

He showed up on time. Was polite and friendly. He obviously knew what he was doing and worked hard for the whole time he was here. We have a tile problem in one bathroom and he fixed it so that we will not have to replace the tile for some time. He got the job done in a timely manner. We appreciate his service.

Was not allowed to use remaining time on coupon at a later date to repair dripping faucet in bathroom (because I had to order a replacement part). Plumber was friendly and called his office to ask if I could use coupon later. He also offered a discount on future plumbing repairs, so I used him again when the leaking faucet part arrived.

I'm really quite pleased with Tierney. Jason did a very nice job on my sink replacement. I went the whole hog with a new sink, garbage disposal, disposal button, faucet, water filter faucet & shut off valve replacement. I supplied all the parts. I also asked Jason to make sure my drain pipe was clear. It took a full three hours to complete the work and I am very satisfied with the end result. Jason & his helper were neat & courteous. They were friendly to my dog who insisted on checking out their work. They cleaned up at the end and made sure all the bits of paper for the parts were in my hands. They arrived an hour later than my allotted arrival window but I did receive a call 15 minutes before the end of my two hour window letting me know this. I do understand jobs run over but they would have known earlier than 12:45pm that they were not going to make it to my house before 1pm since the previous job was in Denton and I'm in Haltom City. Luckily I work from home so I am present most of the time anyway. It just would have been better for my activity planning if I'd known earlier they were not going to make it before 1pm. I enjoyed Jason's patience when interacting with my husband as he can be demanding. Jason answered our questions politely and took care of a job we really did not want to do ourselves!

All went well with actually plumbing jobs and plumber was quick and efficient.
