A plumber and his apprentice showed up. They cleared the AC inside drain pipe and removed a 90 degree link with a slight back flow. They then called me at work (my wife was home and let them in) to tell me what they did and ask if I had any other jobs. They were courteous and professional and did a great job.

We were in a bind with a blocked line, no use of showers, toilets, dishwasher, or clothes washer on a weekend. Plumber was very responsive, arrived only an hour after we called, and this was not only on a Sunday morning, but it was Mother's Day. He snaked the line twice and then stayed another 20 minutes to flush it out, cleaned up everything before he left. It was expensive, but the price wasn't unreasonable considering weekend/holiday hours. We were very pleased with the service, would hire him again.

The service turned out pretty well. They were professional, and friendly, but expensive. All plumbers are expensive.

On the day before Christmas Eve. they were able to get out here within two hours of me calling.

We hired Tierney Plumbing to replace / upgrade a series of kitchen sink, and bathroom sink and shower fixtures. From the very beginning, their office staff (Jennifer) were very professional and scheduled service quickly. This is a family run business, and their staff were all very professional, and courteous. Our job included having to replace the shower faucet valve within the wall, due to the age of the old valve. I was traveling out of town when the shower fixtures were replaced, and they even caulked the new shower fixtures for us.....very much appreciated!

We bought the deal for a set amount of time. They were able to get both problems fixed within that window. Our parts bill came to about $12 and that was the only add-on to the cost. They were prompt, professional and friendly. We could not have asked for better service and will use them again.

Late one Saturday night I brought my wife home after 12 days in the hospital to find our commodes, sinks and showers backing up with sewage. Late Saturday night with a sick wife and plumbing stopped up I needed HELP! I checked Angie's list and found Tierney Plumbing with excellent ratings. I called Saturday night around 8:00pm for help and within 2 hours Tierney Plumbing was at my front door. The work was professionally done and everything went well. I felt I was fairly charged and when the time comes I will definitely call Tierney Plumbing again. Thanks for a great job.

They did the best work among all pluming companies I had before.

Called on a Saturday to make an appointment for the following week, but they were able to come out same day. On time, took about an hour to get non-functioning heater working and put new elements in both.

I had purchased the $135 for two hours of service special from Tierney Plumbing, and it took about two hours to complete the work that was performed. Gary was able to change out the rod ($7.82) for the master bath sink stopper in about 5 minutes. He then began looking at the kitchen sink faucet since it had been making a little noise at times when it was turned off. He pulled the cartridge and lubricated it, and then put it all back together. He gave me that cartridge number for the kitchen sink in case it went out at a later time so that I could get a replacement and change it myself. He then took a look at the upstairs bathroom sink faucet since it had a slow drip. He recommended that both the hot & cold water cartridges be changed, but he did not have that type of cartridge with him. I drove up to home depot and picked the cartridges up while Gary tightened up the 3 outside water faucet valves to stop them from leaking water when used. When I returned from Home Depot, Gary changed out the hot & cold water cartridges in the upstairs bathroom sink. I feel like $135 that I spent for the two hours of plumbing service was well spent and I learned a lot from watching Gary as he performed the work.

Jennifer was very professional and helpful in scheduling the appointment via telephone, along with answering my questions and explaining the potential cost of repair. Gary, who was the plumber, actually arrived early (which was nice) and gave me a call to confirm about 30 minutes beforehand. He was very courteous and did very quick work. We weren't sure if we would need to cut into the brick or drywall inside the house to access the hose bib, but Gary was able to replace with very minimal removal of grout around the old hose bib. He cleaned up after the repair and let me know about other special offers Tierney Plumbing is running currently. I would definitely recommend them for work in the future. Sean

Arrived on time, very profession and was done in about an hour. Family owned company, spouse is the one who schedules the calls and answers the phone. Very courteous, and the kind of company that I like to do business with.

The tech arrived on time, maybe even a little early. Was very friendly and had no problem with handling our task. He had to make a trip for parts but all was completed in the two hour Angieslist Special. I only had drywall to repair after the job was finished.

it went smooth, you can always tell if you have good people coming in when you don't have to put your dogs up. since the visit my water bills have decreased.

It is obvious that they take pride in the products they install and the quality of their work. The technicians (James and Gary) were aware of, and compliant with, code requirements. Tierney Plumbing is my "go to " plumber.

A company employee came out promptly and repaired the hose bib. He was very professional and pleasant. He likes working for the Tierneys, and we hire local and family run businesses whenever possible. Their reviews and ratings were very good, as well.

Scheduling was easy. Jennifer was friendly and helped find time that worked well. I had purchased a AL Deal for two hours of service. The service rep was punctual and professional. He did a great job in getting to work and not wasting time. He would do multiple tasks at a time to help expedite the service. It was also refreshing that he was also friendly. I had a running toilet and one that would not flush appropriately. He recommended some replacement parts for the repairs which I figured would be the case. I had changed a flapper recently and the only reason I gave a B for cost is the parts seemed marked up from typical retail pricing. Overall, the services are all things I likely could have done myself but it was very worth the cost to have a professional come take care of the job quickly and correctly. The repairs have held up for a few weeks and I am very satisfied. I would recommend Tierney Plumbing to friends and family.

The plumber scheduled to work on my tankless was called out on an emergency job. They called and asked if another plumber could come instead or would I prefer to reschedule. It worked out fine, they did a great job!
