I was able to schedule the work for later the same day. Ron showed up on time with all the equipment he needed. He had the line opened in short order and created no mess that needed to be cleaned up. Price may seem a bit high, but not when same day service is considered.

The day of the appointment the plumber called and let me know when he was on his way. Had all the right parts and was professional. Hooked up the RO system, water to icemaker, dishwasher and sink with a new faucet. No leaks and everything has worked great since.

Ron was right on time and went above and beyond! I highly recommend Tierney Plumbing and will definitely be using them again if need be. They are also very affordable compared to other plumbers in the area which is a plus!

They were quick and helpful. The worked with me to get services scheduled. I had a change in travel plans and had to cancel once but they were very responsive in getting me rescheduled.

He came out within a day or two of me calling for an appointment. They found a leak I had on an inside wall that was spraying down and fixed it for the price indicated in the deal. I had to pay $50 for the part. He did a great job.

The young man explained what he was doing throughout the entire process. He was efficient, polite & know exactly what he was doing. Turned out great. There was a bit of confusion with their scheduler as to the service address, but once that was corrected all went smoothly. I would use this service provider again.

Tierney Plumbing is a wonderful company to have worked with and am so glad to have found them. I had to reschedule my appointment due to work schedule and they were very accommodating. I purchased a 2 hours for $135.00 special. The plumber was right on time and he finished what I needed in a little over an hour. He also took care of a couple of smaller plumbing projects I was going to do which he finished in about 20 min. I have been wanting to find a plumber I could trust and I believe I have found them with Tierney. I am very satisfied. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I was impressed, and would recommend them to anyone. They got here on time. They were professional (even brought me my freaking newspaper!). They explained what was wrong, and what they needed to do to fix it. They got the parts for me. They fixed the broken valve quickly (I got an Angie Deal and was skeptical at first, but glad I did it!) and did a great job. Everything looks great. I am impressed.

He did a good job. I was pleased. I would call him again in the future.

After having a different Angie's list, "A" rated company come out and quote us three times the cost and not be able to perform the labor for 3 days, Tierney plumbing came to the rescue. They were able to come out within 5 hours of the phone call (it was non-emergent since we had already shut off the water and had no damage from the leak) and completed the repairs within an hour as they had quoted over the phone. We were very satisfied and look forward to using them again for future renovations.

The service was outstanding. I was constantly in touch with the company, either by phone, email, or text, depending on my preference and availability. They also did a lot of background work to get a part replaced that was within warranty. I really appreciated that and would definitely use them again.

Arrived promptly. Left slightly before the two hours were up, but he wouldn't have had time to do the final job given the time frame he had left.Everything is still in working order.

This was a wonderful experience. I got 2 main projects completed that I've wanted to do for years. Phase 1: The children have always complained that the upstairs bath water would not get hot enough. One plumber told me years ago that I needed a new diverter, which I didn't want to get because of the expense and construction issues involved. Another plumber, about a year ago who installed my new hot water heater, told me it may only need a simple adjustment. The Tierney plumber knew exactly what to do. My kids tell me it is much better now. He also cleaned the drain. Phase 2: The rubber grommets in my outside spigots had worn down to where the water would not shut off completely. I kept replacing the grommets, but they would wear down quickly. Again, another plumber told me I would need to tear into the brick work to have it replaced, at great cost. I let it go, but it bothered me greatly. I didn't even want to use the outside faucet. Since Tierney was here, I thought I would ask him about replacing the spigot. It was no problem. He had the fixtures on the truck and just unscrewed the bad spigot out of the wall and screwed the new one in. I was so thrilled that I let him replace the other 2 on the outside of my house!. I'm so happy those have been replaced. All of this took only 1.5 hours, so I still had time left. So I went to - Phase 3: I asked him to replace all valves, levers and the flapper (the "guts"). Of the upstairs toilet. This took about 30 minutes, as he took off the toilet tank and replaced even the seal between the tank and the bowl. I got all of this for 2 hours of plumbing time! I didn't have any of the parts necessary to do the work, he provided everything. The outside spigots were $45.00 each, and toilet parts, including the inside parts, the new cutoff valve, and the flex line were another $60.00. The 2 hours of plumbing costs $135.00, and the parts together another $195.00. This will last me for years. Do-it-yourselfers could probably do it for less money, but I'm not a plumber and feel like I got a really great deal.

Communication was good. I really liked the fact they gave an EXACT date and TIME of the appointment. This is so much better than a window or some companies that just give you a day, but no idea when the worker is coming. The work was done and the problems were fixed. The price I got was the special which seems like a fair price. I'm not sure I'll use the company at their regular prices.

t Got off to a rocky start when we found out that to turn the water off in your home in Bedford, you have to have the city do it! Jennifer was absolutely great in taking care of that problem, and putting up with me complaining about time involved. Jason got a bit delayed at the repair before me, so he was a bit late. Hey, I wouldn't want him rushing my job just to get to the next one! The construction around highways 121/183 didn't help matters much. That wasn't too much of a problem , Jennifer & Jason kept me posted as to his ETA.. Jason was very professional and explained to me that the kitchen faucet repair was a 50/50 chance of not sealing due to the age and corrosion of the old faucet (over 17 years old), but I told him to go ahead and try it. He fixed and replaced the outside spigots and replace the old corrugated line supply valve in the toilet as I wanted. Parts prices were reasonable when you consider he had them right there and they were the correct ones for the jobs. The kitchen faucet really needed to be replaced and Jason took the time to show me what was available that would fit and where to get a GOOD professional grade fixture (not the DIY grade like Home Depot sells), that we would be a LOT happier with. We went to the plumbing supply store Saturday (Locke's in Bedford) and found a beautiful fixture at a really great price ,after we mentioned Tierney had sent us !!! (They knocked about $50.00 off !!) Jason finished with a little time to spare on the 2 hour deal. I was VERY happy with the quality of his work. He cleaned up all the trash and mess made in the course of the repairs. I am buying another 'deal' tonight with Tierney to have them install the new kitchen fixture and put a 'recess' water supply valve in the wall for the refrigerator. As far as I'm concerned, I have found probably one of, if not THE best honest, reliable and friendly plumbers in the mid cities. John Kulak, Bedford

It worked out well that they were very prompt, they were on time and they worked on the schedule. He worked for 2 hours and took care of everything. I talked to them before and asked to them to do the work soon and they made a work for us.

Things went very well with the guy who came out and we had to pay extra for a part for the outside faucet but I cannot remember how much that was for sure. He just took care of the issues and found a way to make things work. He did a good job and he was very good overall. Their price was a little bit expensive but I do not know how to compare it to the pricing of other companies. The faucet and the shower are holding up so far but it has only been three months since he did the job. So, the quality of his work has been excellent so far. We have used him twice already and we would use him again in the future.

I called them, and they said they could come betweeen 3 and 4 pm. at 4:00, I got a call from the office saying he wouldn't be here til 5, but that they were sending a master plumber. He finally showed up at 6:00. He came and changed some parts on a toilet, tightened some bolts on the plate for the shower ring, and checked my jacuzzi. He was very fast and efficient with the work and did a good job, but the punctuality was just not very good.

They did a great job! Everything was excellent all the way around!

Another plumber told me they would have to cut through sheetrock in my bedroon to have access to replace valve. Tierney was able to complete job without going through walls saving me a lot of money and hassle. Very satisfied!

The people I dealt with were friendly. There was an issue with the scheduling, I was told I was scheduled for a Tuesday, then 30 minutes or so before they were supposed to be there I get a notification that there was an issue and they did not get me on the schedule, so we had to reschedule for two days later. On the new day, I was scheduled for 2 hours of plumbing service from 3pm to 5pm; however, the technician did not arrive until about 5:30p. aside from the scheduling and punctuality, the technician did good work and went a little over the 2 hour time slot to install the new shower handle and faucet for us.

Tech arrived 15 minutes late. Not a problem, had a long way to come at rush hour. He was very friendly and informative about products and service. Got right to work and did perfect job within 30 minutes. Very happy to cross that chore off my list.

The experience was good. The value of the service was very good. It was not a bait and switch and that was very good.
