Provider called and was able to arrive almost an hour early!

I had gotten neighbor recommendations for Plumbers which was why I called Tierney's. The office person said I could go thru Angies' List and get 2 hrs for the price of one. So, I did. On day of service, things started very rocky. Gentlemen had the wrong address and was 25 minutes late arriving. Then, after we started discussing the work, he said he would have to drive to Grapevine to get the cartridge part and come back. THIS TRAVEL TIME IS PART OF MY 2 HOURS. I called the office to say that I wasn't feeling that the Angies' List Special was all that special. They agreed to split the travel time with me and I was fine with that at this point. Then, he found that he didn't have the toilet flappers he needed to take care of that stuff. Sooooooo, he ended up agreeing to not charge me anything for his travel time as he had to go get those things too. Off to Lowe's he went. Came back quickly though with all the parts and now we could get rolling. From this point forward, I was really happy with the work and the knowledge of the service person (Johnny). I got my list of things taken care of am overall satisfied. My impression is that this company cares and tries to make it right for the Customer. I would recommend them and use them in the future. But, it's good to know that if they don't have the specialty parts, the travel to buy them is charged.

I bought big deal 2 hour plumbing service for 130. I used this company before. The technician was has well knowledge and did wonderful job.. In future I would use again

They where 2 hrs late for the appointment. I know things can go wrong during the day.. At least the office agent kept me advised. Once the plumber showed up he did an exceptional job. I would recommend them..

Plumber arrived called ahead; arrived on-time; removed the old toilet being careful to be clean and not mess up anything; replaced with the new toilet that I provided. That took about 1.25 hrs, so I asked him to fix a leaking outside spigot which he did. Very happy with the service.

Ron did a great job ---- professional, punctual and cleaned up. Will defintely use Tierney Plumbing for any future needs.

It went very well, he was fast and efficient. We paid for 2 hours of work, and $60 of parts for a total of $195 for work that took 15 min seems a little high.

My experience with this company was very good. The plumber called and told me when he was coming and arrived on time. He fixed the problem quickly and correctly. When I had a question about my bill, the person on the phone quickly agreed to help me out and satisfied my request. I felt the price for the work was fair and I would recommend them to anyone.

Repairs were done well within contracted time and to complete satisfaction. On toilet replaced one part to see if that was issue before replacing another part that was also causing slow running leak. Before replacing second part showed me the issue.

I couldn't be there when the plumber came out so I think there always is a concern you will be taken advantage of price wise, but this was not the case. He showed up on time, fixed the busted pipe, then called to let me know what he did and the price (which I felt was very reasonable). I am very happy the two times I have used this company. I will definitely use them again in the future. I like how they charge by the hour and tell you that up front. I have used Ernie's in the past and you never know what they are going to charge until the appointment (and their prices were too high). I also like that they give you an exact time when they are going to arrive rather than basically an all day window that causes you to spend your whole day waiting.

We had good luck with them. They came out a week or 2 after I purchased the deal and I spent a little bit over the amount of the deal. They were very nice, professional and provided a very good service.

Service Tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival! Showed up within the scheduled window. They worked pretty efficiently but could have cleaned up a little better. Did leave two of the backs of the stools off. Pricing for misc parts used were reasonable and invoice was detailed. Used my provided list to reference and didn't need to ask to many questions. Kept us up to date. Price per hour of $135 I think is a little high, did have to leave to get some basic parts but was only gone for about an hour (and of course didn't charge for that hour). I would recommend this company.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. They were pretty highly rated on Angie's List. They were very prompt, professional and quick. They were in and out of here in between 45 minutes and an hour. That was very good service.

Purchased a $109.00 Big Deal coupon for 2 hours of plumbing work. The company came out and did various repairs. Were pleased with the job.

Overall we were very satisfied with the work that was done. We bought one of the deals for plumbing repair work so feel that it was a great value on the labor side of it. The only small complaint we had was that there was an extra charge for parts needed that seemed a little too high, but other than that would definitely recommend to others!

This company is outstanding. They offered an on-line discount and the only additional out of pocket was less $20 for parts, while I expected several hundred more $$ in costs. I am delighted to find a great company and will use them for multiple projects I have pending.

It went great. I called them again about a week later for a toilet leak, and they came out around 8 at night. They are awesome.

I hired them to help my neighbors who had issues with an exterior faucet that wouldn't shut off. They came out quickly and repaired that. I asked that they give me a quote to have one of my leaky faucets replaced as well and they tightened it and told me that it didn't need replaced, just tightened. They were honest and I was grateful.
