The technician was a couple hours late. He did a very good job. Unfortunately, he bumped an air duct in our attic which caused an issue with our air conditioner. This required a service call to fix it. Tierney covered the cost of this repair and handled it in a professional manner. I would recommend them.

Ron was on time, polite and professional for the removal and installation of the new hot water heater, He laid out tarp to protect the area, so except for the new water heater and improved safety. After he left, you would not have known he was there, even after he drilled through the exterior wall. Everything is functional and working perfectly. The old water heater was taken. When informed of an outside water leak emergency, Tierney Plumbing sent a plumber immediately. From the time of my call to their arrival the plumber was there in less than an hour and took 45 minutes for the entire job.. He had all the right equipment and most of the time was spent digging the hole and filling it back in . Again, very professional, and polite. This company is my plumber of choice. They have extremely knowledgeable plumbers with high standards, who know what they are doing and charge what I feel are reasonable rates for their service and the resulting peace of mind..

Spoke with Jennifer, who was very sympathetic to our plight of a leaking external faucet. She was able to schedule a Saturday appointment. Johnny did a great job for us. He reported on time and promptly went to work. The faucet was an odd length and the plumbing supply store closed early on Saturday. After being unable to find the part at Home Depot, he sealed the leak and returned later the next week. Johnny discovered the original faucet had not been properly attached to the wall which necessitated cutting through an interior wall to mount the faucet properly. We highly recommend Tierney Plumbing. Just like their slogan says, "Affordable-Honest-Dependable".

They company wasn't able to come out in the time frame I needed the work done. They called me right away and were nice. I have went with another company.

Arrived on time. Recognized the problem, and had to run to Lowe's to get some supplies. He came back and fixed the tub, and explained to me what was happening and what he was going to do to fix it. He did a good a job. The re-grouting could of been a little better. It looked kind of messy, but he got it done within the time frame of my voucher purchase.

Excellent service. Tech game checked every sprinkler head with me and offered suggestions for self-repair. Very knowledgeable.

Johnny did a good job overall, was fast, friendly, and efficient. He made an extra effort to get the right parts and went back 2 times to Lowe's to get correct stopper pop-up for sink. My only issue was the pop-up assembly only lasted a few days, then did not work properly. I called and Tierney came right back out and fixed the issue. I really like this company and it being a family-owned and operated local business. They are always very customer service oriented and helpful. I will certainly use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

All things went well. Had to replace leaking external water facet/bib that had an anti-siphon valve. brick exterior and job was trickt getting valve out. Job was well performed, technician educated us on the problem, options to fix, possible problems, just spoke in plain english and explained things. veryt satisfied with professionalism and price and response time.

The plumber showed up on time and did his work in a timely manner. The sink turned out great. I definitely recommend them.

Ron had to come out and scope my line, after another plumber was unable to tell me why my toilets, shower and tub kept backing up. He uncovered a pipe going thru my sewer line and told me to contact the city. He showed me exactly where it was, marked it on the ground and explained everything. I would use Tierney Plumbing again in a heartbeat!!

Showed up on time with a great attitude. Went right to work. Called first to ensure he had the correct parts. Brought extra sizes just in case. Worked until everything was completed. No surprises, found some cracked drains and adjusted drain plugs. Snaked slow daring toilet. Left no mess. Very pleased with the service!

Gary arrived a little late. made up for it be being very professional and friendly. Fixed original problem and with the time left replaced 2 sink shut offs and two faucets, lifesaver.

The service went excellently. One technician came out and replaced the garbage disposal. I also had them do some other miscellaneous plumbing work. They completed the service in the 2 hour time frame. My wife primarily dealt with the technician and said he provided a great service. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Jason called me that he was running a little late. The service was good. He was very easy to talk to. He replaced some parts on my toilet that I had purchased and also replaced my shower handle.

I had a water leak but could not determine where it was coming from. I called my Home Warranty company who sent out another plumber. After dealing with this other copmany for a week that included 2 no-shows, I called Tierney Plumbing based on thier Angies List feedback. Jennifer was very nice on the phone. She listened to my frustrations and had Ron out that night. He ran through some tests the other company did not do and was able to identify the problem in about 15 minutes. An hour later, he was done...cleaned up and gone. Very nice people to work with reasonable prices. I will call them again with any other plumbing needs.

Arrived within time range promised, completed work with allotted time and provided instructions. Great service, kept promise. Second time around to use this company and will be my plumber of choice.

I purchased a $135 coupon for 2 hrs service. Service call was arranged thru Angies List Jason arrived right on the appointed time-he was friendly, personable and polite. He proceeded with the projects efficiently, and very tidy fashion - taking care to use shoe covers to protect my home. Overall and excellent experience, and I would certainly call again!

Came on time and finished the work. Did a good job. Wish he checked the toilet ring before cutting a hole in my ceiling. Don't think it could have really been avoided. Very courteous and professional.
