+ -1 moreThis entire encounter was frustrating because they had selected the appointment time, and then they tried to reschedule for a time that did not work. My Mom said, "maybe we just need to cancel this." and the vendor just said "okay" and hung up the call.
Description of Work: On Thursday around noon they left voicemail asking if they could come on Thursday instead of Friday. They said in the voicemail "we don't really know if we want to be out that late on a Friday." After work my Mom contacted them at 4pm and stated that we were not available on Thursday. She also pointed out in the original contact email that we had said we were available any day of the week EXCEPT Thursday. Friday they called at 10 a.m. They said they didn't want to be out late on a Friday, and said reminded them that they had chosen Friday. They said the water isn't off or anything and replied yes it is. She reminded them that the repair needed was a possible broken pipe. Then the vendor said, "why don't we schedule sometime next week early in the morning?" My mom told them that she is a teacher and isn't available in the morning.

+ -1 moreMr. Tierney was on time called when he was on his way to notify of arrival. He was pleasant and detailed every step of the process and was patient to answer all of my questions. The job was completed in under two hours. He laid out a tarp to protect the floors and cleaned up after himself upon completion. If we ever have another plumbing need Tierney plumbing will be our first call!

+ -1 moreThe gentleman from Berkey's Air Conditioning and Plumbing was polite and professional. Before he even began telling us what he would need to do or about payment, he took a thoroughly look at the hose faucet. Once he was done, he explained he would see what he could do and broke down in parts of what the final pricing would be should I add on, or not, the BAM plan they have. With or without the plan it was still reasonably priced. The gentleman was quick to get to work, and fast at getting it done, He actually completely replace the hose faucet with a brand new one much to my surprise and delight. It was neat, well done and since then haven't had one bit of a problem.
Description of Work: Had to completely replace the hose faucet due to a hole that was leaking water between the faucet and the piping.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time and were able to install the first toilet without any issues. The second toilet had a cracked seal and they showed it to me and informed me that there would be an additional charge of about $20 to fix it. The rest of the installation of the toilet went great. The original plan was to also have them install the pedestal sink but I didnt read through the installation instructions before the plumbers got here. The plumber asked me if I had already reinforced the wall to hold the weight of sink. I didn't know that needed to be done before hand. So they were unable to install the sink but he did walk me through everything that I would need to do and traced out on the floor were the pedestal stand should be placed. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Install two toilets and prepped the installation of a pedestal sink.

Johnny arrived ready to help and was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our plumbing issues quickly and was on his way in less than one hour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: I had taken an appointment to replace the kitchen faucet. He not only replaced the kitchen faucet (made a trip to Home depot as well to get compatible connector) but also replaced outside faucet which was not working and suggested what I could do to fix a leaky guest bath faucet, and even tuned the flush water release chain.

This should have taken about 45 min (I know because I had trouble with the unit and had it taken out and a different unit installed by Sears and it took 45 total. I also had this company scheduled to install an RO unit in my other home in Colleyville, which they came out to do the same week. However, they did not have a drill bit to drill a hole in the granite countertop for this unit, so it sits today until I can find time to have Sears take it out and replace it. I think this was the owner who came out and he was not very professional or friendly. I will not use them again.
