They were very helpful, however we werent able to use the deal because this was purchased for a commercial property and the deal was for residential services only.

The company was very responsive almost immediately. I had to reschedule the original appointment because of difficulties on my part. When I contacted them to reschedule, it was handled very efficiently. The young man that came to do the work was very respectful and knowledgeable. He did the work I requested and even went above and beyond. I have old faucets in my shower which are difficult to replace. The leak is now fixed but he said he didn't know how long it would last. He took the faucet apart and let me take a picture of the cylinder so I would know what to purchase when it gave me trouble again. The water line to my icemaker had a problem and he fixed that, giving me that much appreciated ice again.

We have a leak. Service provider contacted us and said they were not available for at least 10 days. We need work done asap as we are losing water.

It did not go good. First of all it took two weeks to get an appointment. The person came by to fix the problem told my wife that it needed a new garbage disposal and will cost $150 more. My wife called and told me that, at that time I talked to person and asked him how can be garbage disposal as the water is leaking on the other side. He said let me check that again and when he came back on the phone he told me that the water is leaking from dishwasher hose. He tighten that hose and left. The faucet on the sink was loose, he didn't even bother to tighten that up. I call the company about this situation and they were not responsive. Told me that they will check into it and will call be back. No far nothing.

Plumber was very professional and courteous. He removed the toilet and diagnosed that issue. After removing a portion of the roots clogging the toilet line he suggested getting the entire line cleared with a larger rotor rooter. He then used the remaining time to diagnose what was wrong with the kitchen sink.

It went great! I enlisted Tierney to do some plumbing repair work through one of Angieslist's Big Deals. The repair work involved a a bathroom drain line that had cracked when I tried to repair it. The Big Deal was for 2-hours of plumbing services for $135 -- and it was a good deal for me. The scheduling of the work went very smoothly and the tech showed up as planned with the materials required to do the job. I had provided pictures of the drain line as part of the enlistment process so the tech could come prepared, and sure enough he did. (The planning ahead work!) Gary did a great job of replacing the drain line and repairing the stopper mechanism. He had it all done and working fine within an hour. I paid for the parts ($19) used and Gary went on his way leaving me a very happy customer.

very professional and did a great job. even went to home depot to get the tub hardware I decided to have replaced and got it all done and no extra charges. also explained what would be involved with replacing the shower hardware which was very helpful.

Install went very smoothly, plumber was very friendly and professional. I will continue to use their service in the future.

We were getting ready to go out of the country for about 3 weeks and my toilet was running. I needed someone quickly and checked Angies list for recommended plumbers. My first encounter was with the young lady who answered the phone and I told her my problem. She immediately proceeded to get me help quickly. Then she called me day of the appointment and told me that the plumber was tied up with another customer but not to worry they would both make it happen. They did!!! Thanks to all involved. From the front first call to the plumber. Great job. Would use them again.

They were very timely and polite. We will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

Mr. Tierney was unable to clear the blockage, believed to be tree roots. After several attempts the project was aborted. No other solutions were offered. We are still seeking a solution to our under deck drain blockage as of 10/20/14.

The water in the master bedroom toilet was constantly running. The plumber quickly figured out what the problem was and fixed it. The drain in the shower in the guest bathroom was draining slowly so he cleaned out the drain and it works perfectly now. He also fixed a problem with the toilet in the guest bath. I am very pleased with the repairs that were done and the price was more than reasonable. This is the third time I've used Tierney Plumbing and they always do great work!

Everything went like clockwork. I am calling them now for another problem.

I was not charged more than 135$ and they did not give me the full 2 hours. They made me schedule a separate appointment.

So you told them what you needed done, and they couldn’t honor it when they said they could.

He put the faucets on incorrectly, and we had to re-do them. He did everything else fine. I'd hire him again.

The service was wonderful. They came out the following Monday. There were no additional charges to the $135 Big Deal. It was excellent. The customer service was wonderful. The technician that came out did a good job and actually did above and beyond what I expected. They care about their customer. There is no reason why I would not recommend them at all.

After diagnosis he gave me the option of going myself to get a faucet, or for him to do it with extra cost. Nice to have the option!

The charge was to just to assess the problem, he is going to charge me again for doing it. He is not the cheapest around.

On 10/09/2014 I called Tierney Plumbing because I had a problem with the guest bathroom overflowing. When I asked if they could come out that day they couldn't before 10/13/2014, which was the next week. Arriving home I realized I needed someone now because the upstairs toilet, when flushed, over-flowed the guest toilet and closed up in the tub and master bedroom. I had to call another provider with a 24/7 service.

They plumber that came out was good. He was very nice and polite. The company I felt is a little too busy for what they can handle right now. There were some communications problems I ran into with scheduling.

I was very impressed with Ron Tierney and his knowledge of the trade. He could have told me it was a slab leak (very expensive I'm sure to fix) but continued to investigate more vigorously until he was able to determine it was a pipe between an inside and outside wall that made it look like a slab leak. The pipe was oozing water slowly down between the walls and then ran under the carpet and surfaced in a spot away from the wall. He pressurized the water system and then listened for where the leak was coming from using a listening device whose name I don't know. Anyway he wasted no time in fixing the problem and cleaning up the area where he had to open the wall when he was done. I will definitely use and recommend this plumbing service again.

Josh came out and removed the toilet. He discovered that when we had the slab leak that they fixed, the wood floor had swelled and lifted the toilet and cracked the wax ring. There had been waste water letting and discoloring the floor. Josh suggested leaving the toilet off and letting the floor dry. That would give me time to try to fix the wood or replace the floor. Josh said he would then come out and reset the toilet. The sink leak was fixed. The water had calcified in the joint and caused the pipe to expand allowing for a slow leak. Josh fixed it promptly.

They came in and did what they said they were going to do and it went fine. They held true to the big deal price of $135. The people were fine.

Shower in rental house had continuously leaked & flooded the entire 1st floor. I was in town for the weekend and learned they hired 2 plumbing contractors they found in the newspaper. My parents spent several hundred dollars with these 2 'shady' contractors. Neither completed the job and both performed inadequate work. The last guy stood them up and ignored numerous calls until he returned from a weekend lake trip. He showed up like nothing had happened. Luckily I was there and immediately released him from further services. I understand Gary/Tierney was great. Put a sealant on pipe joint. This fixed the problem for 1.5 weeks, but then the entire first floor flooded again. My mother called Jennifer/Tierney. They quickly scheduled a master plumber. My sweet parents are so pleased with the professionalism of Tierney. It's comforting for me knowing they now have an ethical plumbing company they can count on. Thank you Jennifer, Roger and Gary!
