Firstly the technician was great. Arrived on time and knew what he was doing. Figured out that the Garbage disposal needed to be changed and was ready to install it. I saw the that this vendor had an Angies List coupon for Garbage Disposal replacement and asked them if I could buy and use it. He asked that I call the company to confirm and I did. The person refused and said I should have bought it beforehand. Now, how am I supposed to buy something that I don't know I had the need for? When I asked that question, I was told that's how it was. I own a small business myself and I would NEVER be stubborn with a first-time customer, especially over a few dollars. I would never risk losing 'Repeat & Refer'.

You won't find nicer people to do business with. Jason arrived right at scheduled time and quietly and efficiently removed the old, sediment-filled water heater from upstairs and installed the new one. He even gave me a quick run-through on how the tank operates, how to re-light the pilot, etc. Owner Ron and his wife Jennifer run an efficient, highly professional shop, but still are genuine enough to make it feel like a mom-and-pop business.

Had 2 service calls from Tierney Plumbing. From the phone calls to the service calls, the staff were very professional, prompt and courteous. Performed jobs efficiently. Would definitely use them again.

Was on time, was going very quick until we discovered the cracked tank, so we ran over to Home Depot got a new toilet and he replaced it very quickly. I prepaid $170 for two hours which would have been fine for the tasks, but then the toilet added another $200 for 90 minutes of labor, part of which was the trip to home depot.

Excellent customer service. From the initial contact, every person I spoke to attended to all my needs and listened when I gave info about the scope of work. I purchased the deal they offered as that encompassed everything I needed done. Their service was prompt, attentive, and reliable. I have found my new plumbing company! Installer= Gary.

Generally okay, although the ad for "2 hours of plumbing service" wasn't clear that this service is NOT for urgent service. I spoke with Tierney afterwards and they said they would clarify that in their advertisement. The toilet drain was snaked out to unclog it. That job took a full 2 hours. That repair worked fine, until about 6 weeks later when it stopped up again. Had Tierney out again to re-snake the drain line, but the original service "warranty" had run out so had to pay more $$ (another $200) to have it re-done. Not sure if it wasn't done right first time or if I have a more serious problem. After the second visit they suggested that I have them bring out a camera that they can use to view the pipes more closely to see if I have other (more serious) problem with the pipes. They don't keep track of the fact that they had just been called out 6 weeks prior to do the same job. If they had kept track of that, maybe they might have brought out the camera out on the second visit. But the second time worked so far (3 months and running after second visit.)

Everything went well. Ron arrived within the 2 hour window I was given. He was very professional. I must admit I was concerned at first when he suggested that the work might take upwards of 3 hours, as I was told over the phone it would be more like 90 minutes to 2 hours. In the end it took just under 2 hours. He also suggested that we consider installing a new water heater, as ours is approaching 12 years old and usually the 'life' of a water heater is 10 years. Since the repairs we were having completed were for the purpose of selling our home, we will hope that nothing goes wrong in the next month! Ron drained the water heater, replaced the lines, which were all corroded and no longer flexible. The Shut off valve was also replaced, and a strangely placed PVC pipe going into a copper pipe in the back T-P drain was also correctly fixed. The electrical going into the top of the water heater was previously sticking out and when we moved in, the inspector had said we should have it properly secured, which was never done. He also took care to replace a missing nut that was needed to have the wires neatly tucked away instead of just 'hanging' there. He cleaned everything up and explained everything he did, answering my questions. All went well, and I was very happy with the outcome.

The technician told us exactly what needed to be done for each item. Quickly completed the repairs and was finished in just over an hour. He also looked at another faucet for me and suggested what would need to be done if we want ed to fix it. The service went exactly like we desired. Have already recommended Tierney Plumbing to a friend. Will definitely call them with future needs.

I CALLED TIERNEY PLUMBING FOR A PRICE QUOTE TO FLUSH MY TANKLESS WATER HEATER. SHE SAID IT WOULD BE $135.00 PLUS $10.00 FOR THE SOLUTION. I ASKED AGAIN ( BECAUSE I WAS QUOTED $150.00 BY ANOTHER COMPANY) AND AGAIN WAS QUOTED $135.00 PLUS $10.00 FOR THE SOLUTION! I DECIDED TO USE TIERNEY PLUMBING BECAUSE I'VE USED THEM TWICE BEFORE AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE! JASON SHOWED UP AND STARTED TO FLUSH THE SYSTEM. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. BUT I WAS VERY SURPRISED WHEN HE PRESENTED ME WITH A BILL FOR $252.00!!! I TOLD HIM I WAS QUOTED $135.00 PLUS $10.00 FOR THE SOLUTION! HE SAID IT WAS $135.00 PER HOUR PLUS $50.00 FOR THE SOLUTION. I REPEATED THAT I WAS TOLD BY THE LADY ANSWERING THE PHONE THAT IT WAS $135.00 PLUS $10.00 FOR THE SOLUTION! HE SAID SHE MEANT $135.00 PER HOUR AND HE WOULD SPEAK TO HER WHEN HE WENT IN. I RELUCTANTLY PAID THE $252.00 (OVER $100.00 WHAT I WAS QUOTED) AND WHEN I COULD HAVE GONE WITH THE OTHER COMPANT! I THINK THIS IS "A BAIT AND SWITCH" COMPANY AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! IN FACT, I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ABOUT THE SHADY BUSINESS THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING!!!

The ofiice was very professional and the Plumber showed up exactly on time and was verry professional and friendly and did a excellent job of communicating. We were veru pleased and would definitely use them again.

We bought two hours of service and they helped us get two toilets we were having challenges get set right firmly grounded and opened up a clogged drain. We felt it was a great value for the price. It was nice to know we could have multiple items handled at the same time.

He installed the water filter however He didn't know for sure what was causing the water leak. Had to bring insomeone else

Jason showed up on time and quickly located the leak in the condensation tie in on bathtub. He cut and replaced pipe and reinsulated lines. He also snaked the tub drain and cleared it. He was efficient, pleasant, completed work in one hour, and cleaned up when done. We will be glad to use them again.

The scheduler was very polite and knowledgeable. We originally had purchased the Big Deal for two hours of plumbing for $135. The plumber, Johnny, showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. He ended up having to work almost five hours, but only charged an additonal $335. The outside hose bibbs had been soldered on and not threaded, as they should have been. It was impossible to reach the connections from the outside, so he had to cut out sections of the sheetrock inside to reach the pipes. He explained everything he had to do and why. He did an excellent job and we feel we got our money's worth. I will use Tierney again and recommend them.

Arrived on time, worked together to get the job done right, and provided excellent communication all during the process. Everyone was very courteous & competent. It was a pleasure to work with them during a very stressful time for me.

From start to finish the service was outstanding. The lady I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment was very responsive and worked with me to schedule the appointment at a time that worked for me. This plumbing company is family and locally owned so they promote customer service to retain and generate business. On the day of the installation the plumber arrived a few minutes early and completed the job in a efficient manner. I showed him several other issues which he alerted me that parts should be covered by manufacturer warranties. He helped me locate the part numbers and told me to call the manufacturer to receive replacement parts for free. The plumber did not have to take the time to do this and could have just given me an estimate to fix with parts included in the job cost. I was very pleased with this plumber and will definitely call them back for future needs. Thank you Tierney.

The repair person arrived on time and was professional and courteous, run a drain wire in side the bath tub drainage, replace a old outdoor water facet with a new one.

They responded to my request, but were unable to perform the service until Nov 4th. I had to cancel since I need the work done right away.
