The Tierney plumber did a good job replacing the damaged faucet. Unfortunately, we had a small issue that somewhat bothered me and I called the Tierny office to share my experience. The quality and concern of their customer service was simply spectacular. In fact, I can't remember the last time I was treated so well in a similar situation. Tierney Plumbing has a permanent place in my phone and I give them my highest recommendation. As a result, Tierney has given us piece of mind when we have a plumbing emergency.

It went really well. They were very nice. This is a small business and they have been in business for a long time. Their work was great. I would highly recommend them.

The issue I had ended up not being a plumbing problem, so I did not use this deal.

The did a great job and worked around my schedule (I did call about a month in advance). They are very reasonable and professional. They don't charge overtime or travel charges. I would definitely use them again.

The technician that came out was very personable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why. He helped me determine the size of the drain covers needed as well as clearing the backup. I would definitely hire them again.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He was thorough in his diagnosis of the issue and was able to unclog the upstairs sewer line. We haven't had any issues since. I would use Tierney Plumbing again and would recommend this company.

I chose them over others because of recommendations. I thought they were excellent actually and their price was much better than the other estimates that I got.

Person quickly looked at the faucet, told me that there was not really an issue (a pressure attachment used on the faucet was causing the dripping), but he never took a detailed look. This took 5 minutes. The service was for 2 hours work, so I asked if he could look at a toilet on the ground floor which seemingly was exhibiting signs of water hammer, where our pipes periodically vibrate. He just told me to go to a plumbing supply company to by a release valve and install myself. Was hoping he would offer to perform the service, even if it took more than the 2 hours (I would have paid for the extra time). Anyway, lesson learned with these things - would not purchase hours of service from any provider unless I had an actualy problem. Investigatory work seems not to be a good thing to use these for!

The installer did a fantastic job. He left the place very clean and he was even patient with my cat who wanted to play with him. The faucet works perfectly.

Service was excellent. Plumber arrived on time and finished the job right away. He was friendly, professional, and knew his job very well. I was very happy with the service and will use them next time I need a plumber.

I was not prepared for two full hours which was my mistake. Had I planned better I would have made sure I got my 2hrous worth but having just moved into my new home I was trying to juggle several other projects. My only comment was that the repair person was on his cell phone texting a lot but he still got the job done. Also for my old tub faucet he did not have parts and I had to run to Lowes which is only 5 minutes away to get them. Having said all this I would make sure if you get the 2hour deal that you have enough work for them to perform and they have any necessary parts or if they don't to let you know. Overall the experience was good and I would used them again. My B rating for professionalism was not the front office who was great but for the repair person texting.

They arrived promptly when they said they would. Did the test and explained everything to us. Very courteous and helpful. Would definitely call them in the future with any plumbing needs.

It was fair. I wanted a reverse osmosis put in and they didn't tell me before I came that I needed somebody separate to do the granite so I just wish they've been more informed. They were very polite.

Johnny arrived in the time he was scheduled to come fix our plumbing issues. He looked at all of our issues and got to work immediately. He was professional, friendly, and completed the work to our satisfaction. We will contact Tierney Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs.

I purchased an Angie's deal for this service. Everything went just as planned, unfortunately I can't remember the plumbers name that arrived, but he was very professional. Everything was done quickly and when he didn't have the proper part on his truck, he went and found one without charging me for the extra time. All in all very satisfied.

The service went well. He was running a little behind schedule. He diagnosed the issues with our plumbing and he gave us information on services we may be needing. He looked at and fixed our toilet. He replaced some parts and the water flow of our toilet has greatly improved. He also provided a written estimate for a water heater installation.
