This was sort of an emergency. I was having new carpeting installed and the installers called to tell me that the pan under the water heater was full of water. Tierney had done some work for me in the past so I called. They had a plumber at my house within a couple of hours to fix a leak that was supposed to have been fixed by another plumber a couple of months ago. Their prompt service enabled me to complete the flooring job with no delay. They do a wonderful job.!!

They did a great job! I was very pleased with this company and would use them again. They did the work in a timely fashion, for a fair price (I used an Angie's List deal) and arrived and finished on time. The plumber was good at communicating to me exactly what needed to be done and what my options were, and there was also great communication before they came out - the office staff did a great job over the phone helping me know what parts to buy in advance, and where to buy them from, so that there would be no problems when the plumber arrived. I am always nervous when a contractor works on the clock, but he finished all the projects much quicker than I expected! I have had many plumbers out before that could not seem to troubleshoot one of my issues, and actually made the problem worse. Not Tierney - they got everything taken care of and I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend them for any comparable project you may be looking at.

Very hard working , worked solid on the project for 3 hours straight , had purchased 2 hours through Angies list and then it took an extra hour as there were 2 toilets and a facet repair . Plummer explained what he was doing and made recommendations. Definitely the best plummer we have had would use again.

It went very well once the provider arrived. He was running late from an earlier job. We was very professional and did all that was asked. No other issues were found so he was done within the hour and everything has been working fine since.

The appointment went well. He was here for less than an hour and completed the job with the highest level of professionalism! They are awesome. I would use them again.

when Chris showed up he was ready to get to work immediately. He attempted to replace the exterior hose bib twice and instead it was a cracked drop ear 90 degree and discovered tat that was the source of another troublesome leak that we had been unable to find for years. Chris was fabulous and I will definitely call them next time.

The Angie's list deal for 2 hr of work for price of one is great! Use it! Had to add a little more time for this job. The plumber had previous construction skills (bonus) so he was able to replace the skirt no problem. Customer service was good, work was good and price was great! I never have written a good review until now. That says a lot! Thanks! I will use again!

Arrived on time. Had all the tools and supplies he needed. Very friendly and knew his trade.

The receptionist was very rude and did not honor their big deal. I had leaky pipe and the receptionist said I couldn't use the big deal for leaky pipes. Very rude person.

I was very satisfied with the service. The contractor wasn't overly friendly, but he was quick and efficient and fixed my problem with no trouble. I was very happy that they were able to send someone out the same day I called. My mother has also used Tierney Plumbing twice now, and was very happy. I will definitely be calling them again!

Fantastic service. Quickly done - costs for other parts they were willing to contact the owner to pay over the phone. They also didn't just try to leave after they were done with my list of things - they said about how much of my coupon was left and asked me what else they could do.

The technician was polite and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely hire them again and definitely recommend them.

They came out and hooked up a gas cook top stove and it didn't fit correctly to be put back in it's spot, when we called to have them come back out and fix the issue they explained they would but would have to charge another $130. I would not recommend this company for anybody.

We were blown away by how much James was able to get done in the two hours we had purchased. We were sure it would take a lot longer to do all three of the jobs, but he was incredibly fast and professional. We also really appreciated that he was very courteous and honest - and that he didn't try to up sell us on other things. The only additional charge was $70 for plumbing parts, which was very reasonable. We will definitely use Tierney Plumbing - with a request for James - the next time we have a plumbing need. Highly recommended.

We were not happy with this company. The first time they came out, they charged us over $800 to install three toilets. That seemed very high to us. The second time we used them, they attempted to charge us $1200 to install 1 toilet, a sink and a few faucets. This was twice their hourly rate which they said was protocol when they send out two plumbers. It took them three hours to complete the job which seemed excessive. Our faucets were missing a few gaskets and the plumber told my husband he could not recommend a part because he did not have much experience using American Standard, a leading brand in bathroom furnishings. As a result, my husband had to search online for the part. I would not recommend or use this company again.

great job, cooperative, quick. i had paid for two hours of plumbing, and Jason didnt dawdle. i will use them again.

The plumber arrived on time and was quick to get to work clearing a clog in the main sewer line. Plumber had to snake through master bath toilet thus removing the toilet. Once the main line was clear he checked all tubs, sinks and both toilets to make sure the clog was completely gone. What I did not like was when he finished he proceeded to ask me if I wanted my toilet put back on and recaulked. I answered "yes". I was shocked that was even asked as they should put my bathroom back the way it was when they came in. After the toliet was put back on and caulked I was given a bill for $21 for a new wax ring and toilet bolts. I was informed that was their policy to replace both when putting a toilet back on which I can understand. However I was unhappy about the fact I was not told about this policy up front. Several hours after the plumber left I used the bathroom and when I flushed the master bath toilet the water supply leaked. I then did a walk through of the places he worked and noticed not only did he not connect the master toliet water supply line back up well he also left the cap and clamp off the main clean out in my front yard. We notified the company and requested they come back to correct those two things but never heard from them. After a week of no response we fixed the leak and replaced the cap and clamp on the main clean out line ourselves. Don't get me wrong all the people we spoke with and the plumber were nice but just didn't do a "A" kind of job. I won't ever hire them again because they didn't take the time to complete everything with attention to detail. So when we need our bar sink fixed two weeks later I called Robert B's plumbing and was extremely satisfied.

He came and made short work of the washing machine faucets, removing the old ones and putting brand new ones on. They worked perfectly afterwards. There was still time in the two hours, so I asked if he could also install a shower head which he also did. I was very happy with the results, and I would definitely use them again.
