They were able to see me the same day due to a cancellation, fixed the issue, answered my questions. Very professional. Would use them again.

They were very nice. They couldn't figure out what was going on though. I had several come out and no one was able to figure out the leak. They were nice, professional and able to tell me the baseboards were wet. They did a pressure test outside and were able to tell me I didn't have a major leak. This leak was an on and off thing. I would give them an A for everything that they did but defiantly a A- because they were not able to find the actual leak and ended up being huge headache and six months of work having my floors tore out. But they weren't the only ones. My builder and their crew. I ended up having five others and no one was able to give me answers.

They were extremely responsive, efficient and very reasonable. All items were repaired within 2 hrs. 25 min. I had purchased the 2 hour plumbing services through Angie's List. The only additional costs were parts and 1/2 hour of time. I plan to use them in the future for any other plumbing needs and would recommend them.

Ron showed up not just on time but ahead of time and had my problem fixed right away,cleaning out the line all the way in a friendly, professional manner while answering all of my questions.

This worked out well. The quality was good. It was high but all plumbers are high. Took less then a day for the work to be completed.

Chris arrived on-time and was very professional. I told him the situation and he went right to work on unclogging my drain. He was able to clean both sink lines successfully in under an hour. He was very careful not to damage any cabinets or flooring in the process. When he was done, there was no mess or indication that he had even been there (except no more standing water in the sinks) :-). Another satisfied customer of Tierney plumbing.

The repaired it quickly and for a minimal additional charge for parts that were used to make the repair.

They did it in one visit. We had coupon for them, it was a Big Deal. They got to me promptly. When they came out, they were very straight forward as far as what was going on, what to expect and the timing they expected to take as far as in relation to the deal. No up sell.

Tierney Plumbing provided good service in the first two visits during my remodel. The last visit NOT SO GOOD. The tub strainer was missing and the overflow stop did not function. Before the work of replacing the drain was approved I had asked the plumber if any risks involved. NONE was the reply. They just screw in and out. According to the most recent story from Ronald (the owner) the old drain came out fine, but when the new drain installation was started low and behold all the connections for the tub drain and overflow suddenly dis-assembled themselves. HMMMM? Ronald (the owner) told me that anytime you work on plumbing there are inherent risks. Maybe Ronald should share this information with his plumbers? Had the plumber shared that sentiment you would not be reading this review now. Is not the consumer entitled to an HONEST answer to a simple question to allow them to make and informed decision? Now repair options are limited to Removing the tub and the Italian marble surrounding it or remove the neighbors stair case to access from the back side. When I asked if they had insurance to cover this tragedy. Ronald's (the owner) statements "Your plumbing is bad, was installed incorrectly, we did nothing wrong, not our fault, nothing wrong with my ethics". By the way their website says they ALWAYS have 100% satisfaction guarantee. I guess that guarantee is NOT applicable to ALL of their work? On the bright side don't think I was not charged for that last service call? Need to review CC statement.

The gentleman was quick, he knew what the problem was and went to work on it right away, I had two toilets that need to be taken off and reset. The first one he could not reset due to damage to the floor that needs to be fixed first but the second one he was able to change out the rusted ring and reset it and did it all in little over an hour. I will definitely be calling them back for future needs. The price was extremely reasonable, better than I expected it would be.

I used a coupon from Angie's List. It was more expensive because it was Saturday. But he replaced it immediately on Sat so I was very impressed that we didn't have to wait till the next week. I have no idea how to judge the price because I've never priced them or anything, but I guess they were just fine. It was just 1 guy and it took about 4 hours. He was really good at explaining it, cause they didn't have a way to drain it out the side so they had to put on a special alarm kind of thing that is required by the new codes. He did a really good job of explaining it so I felt comfortable with him.

Above and beyond service. While he did the installation of the disposal, he noticed that a cupboard door hinge was loose and tightened it without asking or charging for it.

Not great. Only remove and replace mentality, estimated thousands to cut slab etc. Different plumber came in with another solution, $500.00 total and passed inspection no problem.

Received a call from the plumber he showed up promptly quoted me a price and was done 30 minutes later, with just a light overspray from the painters.

Once we connected and scheduled a time, they were great.

Went very well, as usual. Third time using Tierney and would use again. Jason does a fantastic job explaining everything and taking the time to make sure the job is done right. Attention to detail and conscientious. Jason had noticed the new pump was defective prior to leaving and they were right back out after the weekend to replace it, as promised. Jennifer (one of the owners) was very good with communication, keeping us in the loop and rescheduling the return visit.
