It was fine. They were late both times getting there. The install didn't work for the shower pan so they came back out and fixed it. There was a lack of communication on the cost of the water mixing valve. Initially, they told me they wouldn't have time to do it so we never got to cost with the home office and while the plumber was there he said he had time. He didn't discuss cost with my husband who was home at the time because he assumed it had already been discussed. I thought it was distinctly overcharged. The plumbers were okay but I had a run in with the home office. I would probably look for someone else in the future.

Paid for two hours labor at 129.00 dollars, communication with the company was good, they arrived at 8 am this mourning, ON TIME,which is important to me, everything went better than expected, I am VERY pleased..

Jason was excellent--knew exactly what to do and worked very quickly to complete repairs to our satisfaction. We would hire him again for all of our plumbing needs.

Went really well. We have worked with them before and was happy to try them again after a less then wonderful experience with a different plumbing company. We had a short list of things to be worked on with two toilets. The tech arrived and got to work. We didn't use the entire time purchased but the tech was very happy to help with anything else we might need. All of the items are working well several weeks later and we are super satisfied. I hope we don't need them again but will use them if we do.

We first purchased this deal with Angies List to have a kitchen faucet installed. They were very professional and on time...calling and letting us know when they would be arriving. The faucet did not work but it wasn't their fault, it was the faucet that we had purchased on Ebay that was faulty. They even came back a second time with no charge to try and get it to work.....it was the owner who came back to fix it. Since then we have called them back twice for different plumbing problems. They were very thorough, friendly and professional. They worked very fast, not dawdling like some plumbers to increase their bill. I would highly recommend Tierney Plumbing and we will definitely be calling again with any plumbing problems we may have.

I purchased an online deal and Jennifer was so accommodating on getting the work done. The serviceman called to confirm he was on the way and showed up early even which was great with me. He was polite and professional and had everything done in just under 2 hours. I will plan to use them for any future needs and happy to make this acquaintance. I fully recommend to anyone. Great people!

Kris was very personable and professional. He was kept me in the loop while he was working and was easy to talk to. I bought the deal for two hours but he was done in one which was great! We will use them again if we have plumbing needs.

The repair was tough as the broken pipe protruded from the slab and there was not much room to get a fitting on the remaining portion of good copper.

Showed up on time. Was professional and courteous. Completed jobs in a timely fashion. We purchased an Angie's list coupon $135 for two hours labor. Well worth the price.

On time, took longer than I thought it would due to replcaing shower valve, but satisfied. Had to go out for a part (copper coupling and 90' copper piece), took an hour, charged me for half an hour. Not sure why these parts are not on truck. Had to remove some tile, did a good job not breaking tiles or tearing up too much in the wall.

This is our second time using Tierney and we are very happy with their service.

I called Tierney Plumbing after an emergency water heater leak. I specifically asked about the free service call advertised on Angie's List and told that they will honor that offer. The technician came on time and spent a few minutes looking at the water heaters. He very quickly concluded that two water heaters need to be replaced. The price was higher that what they advertised on Angie's List for this job. He then spent an hour going in and out of the house to discuss the pricing further with his company and then tacked on more charges. Needless to say, I didn't go with them. Then he proceeded telling me that I have to pay him a $135 labor fee. For taking an hour to talk to his office. They lowered it by $25 ("Angie's List coupon). During that hour I actually even asked him if he can maybe do other plumbing work, so that his visit is not wasted, but he said it would have to be additional charges and was clearly not willing to do that. I later had another provider come out (DIFFERENT COMPANY), who immediately drained both water heaters and shut the pipes off to the water heaters and turned on the water to the rest of the house for me. All within 15 minutes. Of course, I went with that provider for the replacement, and he did a superb job.

I only have one complaint about this provider. I called to see if we could schedule a service call to see if our garbage disposal needed replacing or could be fixed. I was told that the provider did not perform service calls. I went ahead and bought the deal on Angie's List for a new garbage disposal with installation. We were notified upon inspection of the garbage disposal that it did not need to be replaced, but could be repaired. I had already bought the "deal" and had them perform the installation of the new disposal. It seems that we could have saved money by having it repaired instead of replaced. Otherwise, everything was great with the provider from scheduling the appointment to them performing the service.

Called them on short notice before a holiday and they came out and replaced the old faucets. Did a good job and cleaned up after he was through. Moved up on my plumbers to call list.

Great service. We have used them twice, once in July 2014 and again around Jan 2015, and both times the plumbers were professional, very knowledgeable, on time, and completed the work quickly. The young men were also very polite. Great team.

Would NOT recommend. Two guys were supposed to show up on the job and one was late. The tub was installed and they placed a support beam on wall to balance the tub but placed it too low so the tub still rocks and isn't level. They tracked dirt in and out of the house along with insulation & debris so I had to spend a half hour sweeping and mopping the floors, luckily they are tile and not carpet. They did not install the new faucets I had purchased because they said that wasn't on the work order and would be extra ( I wasn't informed of this when I called to set the appointment - would have been nice to have this information beforehand). I called Thursday morning after the installation and spoke to the lady in the front office and she said she would have the technician call me back but no one ever did. Had to call again the following Monday and again was told she would have someone call me back.......I'm still waiting. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! UPDATE.. I had to call 2more times to get them scheduled to come out and fix the issues and they finally showed up on 7/28 (and were on time), my son was home with them, so I wasn't there to see the work but when I got home the tub was not aligned where we could install sheetrock. They had screwed the tub down to the framework and had it set to far back, the drain overflow was missing the screws so if the tub had actually overflowed it would have leaked behind and under the tub creating a mold and mildew issue which is why I was replacing the tub and sheetrock surround in the first place. Bottom line, I had to pay another plumber to come out and correct the mistakes they made. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

James was excellent! He was on time and very polite. He went out of his way to make sure my hard wood floors were protected when he took out the old water heater. He placed tarps on my floors. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable about the new water heater and its function. He is an excellent technician and a real asset to his employer.

Provider was polite, courteous and capable at their craft. No issues, no concerns. Would certainly use again.

I wanted to get the job done while spending the least but still wanted great quality. They recommended a place to get the fixtures and did a great job on the work. He delicately cut a hole in the sheetrock on the opposite side of the shower valves so as not to damage the piece of sheetrock. Once he was done he put it back leaving me to fix up the sheetrock and paint. I was expecting to have to get new sheetrock so was definitely pleased.
