I actually called them back a second time. It went well.

It doesn't get any better than this! I called Tierney at 11:07 this morning frantic because both toilets were backed up. Chris left at 1:45 and my toilets are working perfectly. Jennifer in the office was wonderful and even let me purchase a $135 for 2 Hrs Angie"s List coupon. Apparently they don't over-schedule their service men because she scheduled Chris to come within 30 minutes. Chris called shortly after that to let me know he was on his way. Sure enough he was here when he said he would be. Chris narrowed down the problem immediately. He quickly went to work and unclogged the pipe in no time. This guy goes above and beyond. I told him I had called American Home Shield on Tuesday night because my washer leaked but they STILL HADN'T COME YET! I wondered if the washer leak was related. He came in the house and checked out the washer and tested that it now fills and drains without leaking! That saved me a $75 service call with AHS as I can cancel the call now. His efforts didn't end there. The cleanouts didn't have covers on them which is NOT a good thing. Chris went above and beyond and went to the store, purchased the covers and came back and put them on. This was all covered under the 2hr coupon from Angie's List. Nothing is better than finding service people that are responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I'll continue to use these guys for sure!

was very quick and got everything done in the 2 hrs with 2 mins to spare! Hubby ran to Home Depot for the handles while he unclogged the drains and then he replaced the handles when hubby got back with them. I was very happy with this service.

Had shutoff valves installed for five sinks and three toilets. Work was first class, showed up when they said they would and very professional. Highly recommend.

A technician and the owner's son came to fix a drip from the shower head that occurred when filling the tub. After removing sheet rock and swapping out several parts, the technician advised each time that it was fixed... When filling the tub....the shower head still leaked. The 2 men left without fixing anything and leaving me with a hole in the wall.

Prompt, polite service and plumber cleaned up the mess when he was done. Would use again.

It was ridiculous. Couldn't fix it so had replace the whole thing, and knock out brick. My husband said it was a hack job. I have to gire an additional brick mason to fix brick.

From start to finish this transaction went off without a hitch. Punctual and responsive, and i was charged fairly.

It went great. A lot more involved to the work than I thought. When time ran out on the deal, he showed me some areas to be careful with when changing the other bath faucets. Overall great experience.

We ended up buying too many deals - we had one for the cost of the heater, and another for a few plumbing hours due to a sink issue that didn't end up getting used in entirety. But I'm a huge fan of this company and will continue using them for all my natural gas/plumbing needs.

Jason did all these things in exactly 2 hrs!!! I still can't believe it and I feel a little embarressed LOL. I tried to fix it myself I took the toilet off, cleaned off the old was ring and tried to glue the cracked PVC part of the flange but it did not hold after I tried to put the screws in the concrete floor - thats when I decided to call a professional - Jason explained me that the screws I was using were too thin and were not going to go through the concrete and normally they are not needed for a toilet on the 1st floor - instead Jason went ahead and separated and took out the broken flange and glue in a new one but that is a tricky job because when cutting the old one he had to be very careful not to cut into the sewer line. Anyways, amazing job and great price!!!

One of the two sinks in the master bath is slow. I've plunged it and drain cleaned it numerous times but it continues, and sometimes to the point of stopped completely. So I wanted to get a professional to look at it - thinking it might be the vent pipe. Had had a previous good experience with Tierney on another matter so saw a Deal for them so used it. Unfortunately this experience wasn't as good. The gentleman said that the problem was with the stopper assembly not allowing much water to pass, that there wasn't an issue with the "pipes" so to say. That's not true as both sinks have the same stopper assemblies, and the problem still exists today. Hence the lower rating on this visit.

All went smooth, took awhile (had to get proper seal). But all was completed in one session.

I bought a "deal" for two hours of labor. He came, installed a faucet I had bought but then realized I wasn't able to install on my own, and inspected and cleaned my garbage disposal. He didn't have a necessary part in his truck (and wouldn't have had any reason to have it...) but ran to the hardware store, got it, and finished the job. It looks very nice and will require very minimal paint touch-up where the sink had to be detached.

It turned out great. They did a lot of work on a lot of expensive equipment at a very fair price. They took their time out here. I found them through Angie's List the first time and I've been using them for every plumbing need since the first time they came out here. I have a very high opinion of Tierney Plumbing. They are really good and have sent out three technicians, two were master plumbers. It's hard to have a master plumber work on my house.

James was very professional and honest. He showed up on time and quickly finished his job. He also explained some of the stuff I did not know as a first time home buyer. Jennifer was very accommodating and put me into the schedule for the same day understanding my situation with a 8 month toddler at home and not being able to use the kitchen sink.

The plumber was very fast and efficient, also polite.

Was on time and very professional. Checked the valve body as the handle was still hard to turn. Used silicone grease to help the valve turn. Recommended the valve be replaced in the future when we remodel the bathroom. Very happy with Johnny and the service he provided.

Did a very good job of cleaning up the sloppy work done by the previous installer. Don't have much experience with plumbers, but he seemed to have worked very efficiently.
