This was the second time we've used Tierney Plumbing and have been very pleased with the service. We have no complaints at all with any part of the service provided. We will most definitely use them again.

Jason was fast and very professional. We were having our shower redone and needed a plumber to change the 2 handle valves to a single handle valve and he did it all in 2 hours-just like he said. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber!

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Tierney Plumbing. Jennifer was very helpful throughout the process. She advised me in the procuring of the tub and fixtures where I could save money and get better products. James and Michael were great at what they do. After installation a very tiny flaw in the porcelain showed when James was inspecting with a flashlight. I could barely see it but James pulled the tub and returned to the supply store to get another one. I would not have noticed this had he not caught it. He installed the second tub and they cleaned everything up. Jason returned a few days later to finish the trim after new tile and floors were finished. Great job guys! I am already recommending Tierney to some neighbors in my community. Thanks again.

The plumber found the source of the leak, a single toilet not in use. And since we had the extra time went ahead and replaced all the other toilets and no extra cost (minus the cost of extra parts). They did not cheat on time, and made sure not to go over the time of the coupon deal.

Tierney wasn't the 1st plumber we called to repair the knocking pipe issue. The 1st plumber indicated that we would have to tear the shower tile wall out to get access to the shower pipes and repair the problem - estimate of $2,500 We called Tierney for a 2nd opinion and we're glad we did. They quickly diagnosed the problem to be caused by clogged faucet cartridge (something I didn't even know existed) and replaced the cartridge. The knocking is gone and we have the best shower pressure we've had in years! Great work and they are are plumber going forward.

Service was great! Ran a little late, not surprising for an appointment later in the day. But they kept us notified. Plumber was very professional, courteous and helpful. Finished the work scheduled and offered to check anything else we wanted since he was still "on the clock" for the hour's service. Gave some good advice. Would definitely use Tierney again!

Tierney Plumbing once again proved to be the best plumbing company I have experienced (and being an owner of multiple properties, I have used many plumbing companies). The owners, Ron (a Master Plumber) and Jennifer Tierney run a Rolls Royce of a plumbing company in service, quality and price. For that reason, I called on them this second time to help me with a plumbing issue, namely a suspected sewer line leak claimed by a previous plumber. They responded immediately, and Ron personally came down to the job site and handled everything himself. Opposite of the previous plumber who had hoped to bury me into a $2,000-$3,000 sewer leak repair job, Ron spent hours testing the sewer system by isolation and then in its entirety and his final finding was that the sewer line was completely intact, contained and free of any leakage whatsoever. This is the reason that I am so excited to be writing this review in support of this amazing company and its people so that every consumer on Angie's list who pays to find HONEST service providers can know about well-deserved reputation of Tierney Plumbing. In the end, I commend both Ron and Jennifer for operating an ethical plumbing business that a customer like myself can recommend without hesitation.

They were on time and did a great job

I had purchased their two man hours of Plumbing Services for $135 hoping they could look at and possibly repair my whirlpool tub and a couple of leaky faucets. After I purchased the deal Tierney called and explained that they likely couldn't help with the whirlpool tub as it would likely require an electrician, but would look at the leaky faucets. The plumber showed up and confirmed he couldn't help with the whirlpool. He took a brief look at my kitchen faucet and quickly said the whole fixture just needed to be replaced. He took a look at the tub faucet and replaced a $1.50 washer which corrected the issue. The plumber couldn't have been there for 30 mins so I don't feel like I really got my money's worth. I can't really fault Tierney for this entirely, but it would have been some consolation if the plumber would have at least offered to inspect other plumbing fixtures in the house or even the water heater with the remaining hour and a half. Oh well. Lesson learned. I'll call to confirm the work that would be done before I purchase one of these deals in the future.

First of all, this 2hr Angie's deal is awesome! Scheduling the services was easy, and a next day appointment was made for me. Unfortunately my schedule changed and I called back after business hours, leaving a message that I needed to reschedule. Perhaps It was my luck, but I was blown away that they called me back that same evening to reschedule! Jason was the plumber they told to me to expect and inspite of the heavy rains, he was nearly right on time. He wasted no time walking through my house with me as I pointed out everything I wanted to have a look at. I was impressed that he was able to get so much done in such a relatively short amount of time, and still have time to explain to me everything to me. I am completely satisfied with both the price and the work performed, but completely impressed with the integrity Tierney Plumbing operates with. I've only been in Texas for 1yr, but I now have a plumber!

My first contact was with Jennifer Tierney on the phone. She was absolutely fantastic, quick to schedule and very pleasant. Gary, the plumbing technician, was on time, very nice and professional. He got the job done in a very clean fashion. Overall, an awesome experience. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future.

Although I had discussed at length what I wanted done a couple of days before with their scheduler, and we had agreed that all of the work could be done within the two-hour Angie's List special of $135, plus parts, when Jason calculated the bill he charged $135/hour for an hour and a half of his time. I immediately questioned that, noting the two-hour special. I was then told that I had to buy the Angie's List coupon in order to get that price, which was a total shock! After talking to their scheduler, they agreed to honor that price even though I hadn't bought the coupon. I think this is a big problem, not with Tierney but with the Angie's List system, as that was not made clear at all on either website. I would never have assumed that I would have had to pay Angie up front before getting that special price. That would not have been a problem, but it was just never made clear that was going to be the case. As a retired architect, I have seldom encountered the expertise, personable service and very reasonable prices charged by Tierney. I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Ron was great. On time/early. Great communicator, professional. Would definitely recommend and be the first person I call for my plumbing needs.

Excellent. Very responsive and punctual. Even asked if there was anything else he could address while on site since the job didn't take the full hour minimum charge.

Fantastic. Plumber was friendly and taught along the way. My wife handled on the transaction while I was at work. She can be hesitant about some workers coming into our home but James was very warm, friendly, and put her at ease. He even spent time educating her and offering tips and tricks. We will need more work done in the future when we tackle our master bath remodel and will definitely use this provider.

Gary and Jason did a great job on all of this. There were several tasks associated with a kitchen and bath remodel. They were able to complete all of them quickly, and with no problems. I have complete confidence in Tierney Plumbing to perform any plumbing tasks, and will call them as needed in the future.
