When the new people who purchased my home moved in, the pipe that they originally were even hired to fix bursted again. It flooded the master bedroom. They didn't repair what was supposed to be repaired. They did all the cosmetics that I required of them. I'm not really thrilled with them. Other than that, the guys did a great job. The price was good. I added more work for them to do. The guys who were there physically doing the work were great. Their attitudes were great.

Our sewer line was badly clogged so that running any water in the house caused it to back up into both bathrooms. We had positive prior experience with Tierney Plumbing and decided to use them again. The price was very reasonable at $135.00 for two hours of labor so we purchased the deal. They contacted us on the first morning we selected and Tierney had a plumber (Chris) here within an hour. Chris checked the outside clearout and cleared the drain. He finished early and offered to do some additional work around the house. We needed some faucet lock nuts replaced under one of the sinks and he also checked the exterior faucets to ensure they were good for the winter. He was professional and thorough. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. Chris advised us to contact the city while he was still here as he determined the clog appeared to be on the street side of the curb. His advice was valid because the city determined they would remove the clog. Chris asked us to call him the next day to let him know how things were going. It is very rare these days to find someone who understands what great customer service is. We will not hesitate to use Tierney Plumbing in the future and we highly recommend their services.

Around lunch time on Wednesday I discovered that an outside faucet had a slow leak. I called Tierney Plumbing and left a message. About two hours later I received a callback and was told they'd had a cancellation and a plumber was available for later that afternoon (otherwise it would have been Monday). I took the appointment. The plumber called to let me know when he was about 10 minutes away. I asked him to replace both outside faucets since they were 10 years old and both had problems. He replaced the faucets quickly with very nice new ones. He was very personable, easy to talk to, listened well, and answered all my questions. The base service charge was $135. The two faucets were $45 each. I was able to use a $25 off Angie's customer coupon. Thank you! I would definitely use this plumbing service again.

Jennifer took my call and impressed me immediately with her attentive, helpful, and cheerful attitude - at that time, I was her total concern and my needs were what was most important to her! She insured service would be provided at my earliest convienience. Plumber was professional. Probably could have paid less without the coupon, but was able to finish several small projects within the one hour so that was good.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT CLEAN UP IN THE KIDS SHOWER/BATH TUB. WE THOUGHT THEY HAD CRACKED THE TILE WHEN AFTER LOOKING CLOSER AND RUBBING AROUND THE HARDWARE IT WAS JUST DIRT AND DEBRIS FROM THE OLD FAUCETS.

The work performed by Tierney Plumbing was excellent. I have no problem at all with the installation or quality of these water heaters. I found Mr. Tierney to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. However.........eight months later, I get a call from their office telling me an inspection needs to be performed. Eight months!? When I asked why it had taken this long to get around to the inspection, I was told it was because they couldn't contact me. Incredibly insulting to think I'm going to buy that excuse. Everyone else seems to have no problem contacting me and my phone shows no record of calls from Tierney. Very unprofessional to blame the customer for someone in their office who has obviously not done their job. I rated them low on professionalism and responsiveness for that reason,

Technician showed up as scheduled; was very professional and friendly; the job was done in a timely manner and the area left clean.

It was fine. I'm not sure but I think it may have been a little extra for some parts that I needed. It wasn't the most stellar service but they got the job done. The price was good. They were good.

Found the leak and fixed it. Had 2 other company's come out prior and they couldn't find the leak. Tierney found it and fixed it same day.

It went very well. They responded quickly and fixed the items we needed. We purchased the Angie deal for 2 hours which was much lower than other plumbers we called that charge a trip charge and then $90 or $100 per hour just to tell you what's wrong. When the technician came out we realized we had to order a part and pay for it but it was reasonable. Since the tech had to come back , they were nice enough to just deduct 30 minutes from our time instead of charging us a trip fee. They ordered the part and promptly came back to install it.

Jason Douglas performed all the work. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. Did exactly what he said he would do. When he discovered that the kitchen faucet had a broken "lead."? He immediately ordered the new part and informed us that there would be no charge for the new faucet, the Original manufacture warranted the product. Mr. Douglas delivered and installed a new faucet just as he said he would. I will use Jason Douglas of Tierney Plumbing again!

On-time. Professional. Friendly. Efficient.

He was punctual, and courteous. He told me what parts to run and get from the local Home Depot to expedite the time. The problem was with the kitchen sink faucet. A previous plumber installed it and it was now very loose so we needed to have it tightened. We figured we would have Tierney take care of it. The plumber told me after battling with it for a while, that we would possibly need the faucet cut off because the screw below had rusted from water leaking into it. We assumed because it had come loose from the base a couple of months before. He showed us where there was no seal (caulking) between the granite and the sink and stated that was a serious problem that needed to be corrected, possibly lifting the counter top, before anything could be done. He stated we would need to have a granite company come, but have the plumber come first to disconnect the water. We were so panicked. Fast forward to 2 opinions after his visit, we only needed the counter guy to come and reseal with silicone, something he said we could have done ( now I get to do my own at the other house), then a plumber to come in and re screw the faucet and seal around it and below. A much simpler process than the picture we were originally painted. It seems the 2 hours we paid for would have been sufficient to cover the issue and not have to have a plumber come back. Because of the gross misinformation, we decided to contact a different plumbing company.

Had very bad clog in toilet .Roots had grew thru a separation between the drain pipes. He had to work very hard to get these out. When he was able to get the roots out, it was a 2 to 3 ft long tangled mess. He went far beyond what other plumbers had done. There was a small problem after he finished. I called and he was there within a hour, and fixed it. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Truly a Master Plumber.

Went around the house to perform plumbing requests and check the health of our system. No complaints

The tech arrived on time and was very professional. We had tried to install a dishwasher and could not get it installed correctly and he came in and completed the job for us. The job was well done and the prices was fair (purchased a special). I would use them again.

I used them the month before and was pleased with their service. I purchased a special and they came out and replaced the kitchen sink faucet and a shower head (I purchased both beforehand). The tech was punctual, professional and did a great job. If I need a plumber in the future I will use them again.

The repairman was very pleasant, prompt, and efficient. I will use this plumber again if the need arises and, also, I will recommend this company to others.

It went good. The guy that was here spent most of the time shopping for stuff that I needed, which was not real good. He didn't use the full two hours up. But, probably, for the money, it was okay. It cost $50 more because he had to go get the parts. I just got him for the big deal, and, in the end, it really wasn't a great deal. Anybody can do what he did.

They were on time, very polite and professional. They checked a leak in our celiing and didn't believe there was a leaky pipe and that it might be roof. Didn't want to cutup ceiling to just confirm. Explained as to why he thought this and showed potential areas that could be causing. Definitely appreciate not destroying my ceiling to tell me that it was something else. Also cleaned the drains and checked other areas of potential problems as we had paid for an hour of service. Great guy and would definitely use again! Thanks.

Great job & was about to do it all without breaking any of the surrounding tile.
