They could have charged us a little bit for parts, but it was minor.

They did a great job fixing a faucet that had been leaking for years. We had several other plumbers tell us it was fixed and a week or so later, it would start leaking again. This time we replaced the faucet and it works great with no leaks! He was quick and explained what needed to be done to solve our problem. 

Excellent work and service. This is our second time using them and both times have been great.

Ron camera'd our line for $250 and gave us a bid of about $6500 to replace 60' of sewer line at 5' deep from house to street. Our line ended up being 8' deep so we paid a little extra for the excavation. The hand-diggers were subcontractors, and they did a great job. Started digging on Monday morning, replaced pipe on Tuesday, Wednesday it was inspected and filled back in. It could not have been smoother. Chris was the project manager and stayed onsite the whole time work was being done. Jennifer handled everything in the office. They are a well-oiled machine - very professional group. We enjoyed using their services.

Did a great job for a fair price

Gary got the old faucet out and the new one installed, then cut a new tailpipe, which I provided, to size and cleaned up everything. He did a really nice job. Jennifer quoted 12:00 to 2:00 arrival window and Gary was here before 1:00.

This company is wonderful.  Jennifer is so calm and gets that you need help NOW.  I've used them three
times and will again.  The first and second use was for clogs and the third was to check for a slab leak.  I
liked the fast response and excellent workmanship.  I felt confident that the work was being done
correctly and with my satisfaction in mind.  Very trustworthy.

Kris was great. He tackled the job at hand and completed it as fast as possible. He also went the extra mile to prevent the same issue from occurring again by building up the area to keep rainwater away from the shutoff valve. All in all, great service at a great price. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend.  Added bonus is seven day a week service availability.

Dealing with the aftermath of buying a house from a dishonest investor, we discovered some plumbing issues. Tierney Plumbing LLC was punctual, professional and on-point with diagnosing and taking care of the problems. I would like to personally thank Jason for convincing me to readdress the plumbing underneath the kitchen sink, that was supposedly "fixed" by a dishonest investor. After doing some tests to reassess the so called "fixed" leaks, he discovered they were not fixed properly, and discovered that the garbage disposal was leaking profusely. Apparently the garbage disposal was defective, despite the reassurance of the investor, and needed to be replaced. I was extremely happy with the services Tierney Plumbing LLC provided, and will use and recommend them in the future.

 The master plumber did good work, but he or someone on the his staff damaged the wood trim on the entry to my attic.  When I reported this to their administration they treated me like I was making this story up.  I sent them pictures as they requested and have never heard back from them.

I expect more professionalism from a company that does work on your home.
