Description of Work: Mike S. came out to give me an estimate to fix a leaking roof. He indicated that I might want to contact my insurance because I did have hail damage. He said at the time it was 50/50 as to whether there was enough damage for a full claim. However, he gave me what I thought was a reasonable price to just fix the leaks. He came back out when insurance adjuster showed up in case there were questions but the insurance adjuster agreed the roof was a total loss. Mike was very helpful and explained shingle options. The office gave me a few addresses that they had roofed recently so I could see what the shingles looked like on the house instead of just looking at the small display board. That was very helpful. Obviously weather plays a role in scheduling and they were a day late starting but let me know ahead of time about the delay. I believe they did a good job as the roof leaks are fixed and we have had a few hard rains since the roof was finished. | |Mike was responsive to all of my questions and I asked a lot of questions. I would not hesitate to use Huffaker again.

Description of Work: I have used Huffaker a few times and every time they come they do an excellent job. This time I had a leak between the cover patio and the house and they told me exactly what was happening and gave me a few options on how it could be fixed. After a quick discussion, we agreed on what was going to be done. Work was performed a few days later and leak was gone. As always, great service.

Description of Work: Repaired a ridge line damaged by squirrels. We have used this company several times with good results.

Description of Work: We had an insurance claim for roof replacement with a 1000.00 deductable due to hail damage. Huffaker came out and gave us an estimate for a 15 year roof in a color of shingles we selected. We signed an agreement then prior to the install they talked to us to upgrading to a 30 year roof in the exact same color for an additional 500 dollars. That seemed like a no brainer so we agreed. On the day of the install when thry were approximately 2/3rds done my husband went to check on the progress and noticed it was in a different color shingle than agreed upon. The supervisor then informed us that the color choice we selected originally was not available in the 30 year shingle. Being almost done with the install and cost involved he suggested we allow him to finish and he would have Mr huffaker contact us to work something out.We went back and fourth with a lady in the billing office for the full amount, she would always have the supervisor call us. The supervisor would do so but was not able to adequately address the issue and said he would have to speak to mr huffaker or have him call. We never received a call from mr huffaker. We held off on payment of our portion until mr huffaker called to help us resolve the issue of them taking it upon themselves to select a roof color without informing us. They ended up attempting to take us to court. We ended up settling for the original deductible amt of 1000.00 providing that mr huffaker contact us personally.

Description of Work: Called 3/31 to get an estimate for roofing job and left message on their machine but did not receive a call back.

Description of Work: They repaired the tile on my roof after a lightning strike.
