I am so sorry you were not satisfied with the service you received. Our customers are very important to us from the first call to schedule the appointment until the actual service is performed. We do come out to the property and do a full system tune up to make sure everything is in good working order. That does include cleaning out the nozzles, adjusting the heads, and setting the controller if needed. In some cases depending on what kind of heads you have they may not be able to be adjusted and would need to be repaired or replaced. The technician will be the one to go over that with you. Every property is different and that is one of the reasons why we have to come out and take a look to see exactly what they are working with.
