The project went exceptionally well from my first contact with Ozzy. Workers were always on time as scheduled and work was performed professionally. They cleaned up at the end of each day and I was always informed what the next step would be and when to expect work to commence. My finished redone pool looks beautiful and I have been informed how to keep it looking it’s best for years to come.

We talked to multiple pool companies during our search for the right mix of quality and value. I am so impressed with Z&Z Pool Plaster. I reached out to them for an estimate to replaster and retile my pool, and they responded immediately and came to my house within a day. Their pricing was far more affordable than the other companies I contacted, and they were incredibly responsive to my text messages, providing detailed answers to all of my questions. They also brought me multiple tile samples and met me at a tile store to look at additional samples. We ended up deciding to sell our house rather than invest money in the pool, but we will absolutely be using Z&Z to put in a pool for us once our new house is built. They are patient, responsive, and knowledgeable.

We purchased a home with an existing white plaster pool. Although the pool was pretty, we began to notice etching and decided the pool needed to be re-plastered. Understanding the plaster is one of, if not the most important part of the pool, we wanted a licensed and knowledgeable plaster company to perform the job. During the course of our research, we discovered only a handful of pool companies in the area were actually members of the National Plasterer’s Council, which is an organization that is focused on the study of plaster, plaster surface issues and promoting technically sound practices for the industry. To us, hiring a company that takes the extra step to be a licensed member of the National Plaster’s Council was important as it shows an extra level of commitment to the industry and a strong indication the company values staying up-to-date on plastering education and providing the best quality product to their customer. Thus, the National Plasterer’s certification was important to us in our selection process. After identifying local National Plasterer’s Council members, we conducted the additional steps of checking Angie’s List and Home Advisor’s ratings to confirm the companies also held exceptional customer ratings. We interviewed four companies that were both National Plasterer’s Council members and held superb ratings with Angie’s List and Home Advisor and ultimately selected Z&Z Pools. From our first call to schedule an appointment to the completion of the project, we were thoroughly impressed with Z&Z Pools and its owner Luis Zambrano. It was readily apparent Luis valued us as customers and was committed to providing a top-quality product that would last and that we would be pleased with at completion. Luis’s communication with us was exceptional, he thoroughly explained the process and welcomed questions, he and his crew arrived when he said they would, they cleaned up every day, the attention to detail on the project was excellent and he gave us a very fair quote. Our pool turned out BEAUTIFUL!!! I wanted to wait a month or two after completion to provide a rating so I could see if any issues arose or if there was anything that needed to be addressed. So, two months later, everything has been perfect, the pool is gorgeous and inviting, and we have the comfort of knowing a true professional plastered our pool! In addition to the plaster, Z&Z Pools uses a wonderful start-up technician named Juan who is extremely knowledgeable and gets your pool in swim condition in no time flat. He is also excellent with communication and very receptive to calls with questions. During the course of owning homes, we have done many, many home improvement projects and can honestly say our experience with Z&Z Pools has exceeded our expectations and was the most stress-free project we have done to date. Luis and Z&Z Pools are true professionals that value their clients and place utmost emphasis on delivering a quality product. We give them our highest recommendation and our sincerest appreciation for a job well done.

ZZ Pools was completely professional. They were there every day overseeing the work and ensuring the completed project exceeded our expectations. They were on time and completed the work as promised. They power washed everything, oversaw the startup, instructed me on the new equipment and just made sure we were completely happy with everything that was done. My neighbor came by to see the redo and called them the same day to look at redoing their pool.
