Description of Work: COMPLETE NEW ROOF

Description of Work: Replaced roof and fixed interior damage after ice storm. Payed $1000.00 insurance deductible and all issues were fixed. Very fast service and the cleanup was top notch. After the crews left you could not find any signs of repair work that was done. All shrubbery was covered along with gutters were cleaned.

Description of Work: They did great, brought lots of guys, made changes where appropriate on the fly during the project (unseen damage to the roof). We would use them again should the St. Lukes Episcopal Church need another roof!

Description of Work: They installed a new roof. It turned out very good.

Description of Work: Called Premier to come out and look at my roof. They called back and set up a time to meet with me, but it took them 3 days to call back. They came out to look at roof and were about 1 1/2 hours late getting here and did not call to let me know. After looking at my roof they told me I needed a new roof (even though my roof was only 4 years old) because I had wind and hail damage that I needed to call my insurance company. He said a new roof would be between $10,000. and $12,000. but would get me a price. I told them we would probably be paying for the repair ourself and please give me a price. Chris was going to get back with me in a day or two and I never heard another word from anyone at the company. I called two times to talk to him but was told both times he was out and there was no one else that could help me. I left mesaages both times and no one from the company ever bothered to return my call. I called another roofer, he came out that day. Turns out the roof was fine and my repair was done the next day for $200.00. That is way off from the cost of a new roof that Premier said I needed. Not just one of their employees but the construction supervisor also looked at the roof and said I needed a new roof. It appears that there was not that much wrong with my roof, otherwise the other company would not have been able to repair it for the price they did. I felt Premier tried to take advantage of a person that knew nothing about roof repair. I am surprised they have any business because from my experience, they do not take care of business.

Description of Work: I am totally impressed with Premiere Roofing from the beginning to the end. I received total professional & personal service from Chris Hill and the owner of Premiere Roofing. I have had a lot of work done on my house over the last 13 years and by far they are the most professional, thorough, company I have ever dealt with. I was not only impressed with their work but the fact they cleaned up after themselves. They were on time and helped me find someone who replaced the ceiling in my bedroom which had a leak and caused me to find out I had a roof leak. I would hire them again in a heart beat and I would recommend them to anyone. They also have done 2 other houses in my neighborhood and they are also completely happy with their work.
