We used this carpet cleaner at the recommendation of our real estate agent's team. The technician arrived timely. The carpets looked much better at completion. Price was great.

They were running a special through Angie's List. It was $150 for 5 rooms or something like that. They did a good job. They had some financial discrepancies that were easily worked out. Since I paid through Angie's List, the guy who was here, doing the work, wanted a check, after he did his work. So, they had some communication differences. But, when I called their office, they refunded the money immediately and they resolved it. The followup was excellent. Literally, they did it immediately. I got a credit card notification that they had reimbursed me when I was on the phone with her. She was able to do it. It was just a little more hassle to have to go through all of that. But they fixed it right away.

Excellent job!  Always on time and do a great job.  Moved furniture and treated areas as requested.

Two technicians arrived punctually, immediately started to work, and reminded me of Angie List coupon on payment.  They did a good job and were out of the house within an hour.  I will use them again.

Great customer service. We received a reminder call the day before services and the technician called 30 minutes before arrival. The two technicians were thorough and completed the job very quickly. One room had old carpeting with old stains that reappear and they were not able to do much about them but overall the carpeting looked cleaner and fresher.

On time, professional, results better than I expected – outstanding. Front office also very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable.

They did an excellent job.

They were on time, were conscientious about protecting furniture they were quick & provided suggestions on carpet maintenance. When finished the carpet was wetter than normal after cleaning, but it dried eventually.

The 2 men who showed up were very courteous and explained everything they were going to do. They both wore shoe covers and covered furniture for dust. They cleaned all the ducts and the vents and put them all back as they were. They swept up all the dust off the floor. Really good guys. I would use this company again.

The gentlemen that came out dos a great job. We just purchased this home the previous day and wanted the carpet cleaned since we have 3 kids ages 5 and under and the previous owners had pets that left some stains. They arrived early, did the job quickly, and took care of the mess my husband made working on removing the popcorn ceiling from the master bedroom. They'll be doing the rental we're still in and I'm sure I'll be just as pleased.
