"Sorry for any miscommunication. Not sure what happened on this review but I show we have never serviced your home. Our notes say you called in for a one time treatment and we quoted you accordingly. I believe we quoted you exactly what the Angie's List discounted one time service price. Like most companies, there is a an initial service fee. If customers are willing to take our quarterly service than that service fee is discounted. Hope you took care of the carpenter ants. They usually require two services about 10 days apart. Sorry again."

We have been so pleased with the service we have received. They have taken care of every bug issue since we started with them. We had close to a million ants in our backyard! Many different kinds. All the service men have been able to remove them from the property. Inside, we had tiny black ants that continued to be an issue from the time we moved in. After 2 services, they were eradicated from the inside. Recently, we had possums in the backyard and after 48 hours we had caught both of them!
The products aren't harmful for my kids as we have tried to go as green as possible. I like that it I receive texts and emails of upcoming services and invoices. The office is very respectful to our needs as we are very busy and can not always do it when they first contact us. I text them back and they just put us on another day.
We have had other companies solicit our business on our door step and after a few minutes it's plain to see the service does not compare. I have also had great responses from the few friends that now take there service. Highly recommend these guys!

Part of that lies with the fact that the house and yard have not been treated this thoroughly We stir up many issues customers never knew existed. They go running when we disturb them so many times they are infected by the product and visible to the customer but in the process of dying. Many times we get calls to come back just to see dead bugs lying in the area the customer was referring to. Another reason is new bugs will hatch out in intervals.
