excellent- service tech came on time, called ahead, very professional, and attentive.

I have used them for 3 houses and just called them for a fourth. One of the houses had a really bad flea problem. They set my expectations and continued to treat the problem until it was complete without further costs or raising the price. I have used them on two other places and they are great. There are so many people who try to do this job but I have finally found a place i will use for all of my properties including my personal one.

Will come out and re-treat if we see bugs; mosquito control is effective, very pleased overall.

Although we've had good service from Romney over the last few years I felt a need to comment on their solicitation door to door. I'm on the board of directors of the HOA of a gated community. We have posted signs that forbid door to door solicitations. I've had several complaints about Romney. Romney should stop this practice. Word of mouth is great and I've recommended them to neighbors. They've shot themselves in the foot in our neighborhood. I'm hoping Romney rethinks this practice in gated communities

I found them because they came to my door offering their services. I am a new member to Angie's List and when Romney Pest Control showed me their Angie's A Grade I decided to try them out. I signed up for the quarterly service which came in below other competitors prices. They came out and treated the yard and the home. I have a cemetery of dead bugs on my porch every morning! Initially it went fine, I signed up from a solicitation at my door . The young man told me the charges $400.00 for the year and they would be billed quarterly and he would drop the price of the first visit to $74.69 if I would sign up that day. Being new to Texas and having a few fire ant mounds in my yard I went against my better judgment and signed. The techs were punctual and explained all they were doing, the problem came with the billing. I had given them my credit card number for the down payment on 5/27 on 6/30 they charged another $107.17. When I inquired about the new charge I was told the $74.69 was a down payment and I would be billed the $107.17 quarterly. When said that was not acceptable and wanted to discontinue the service, I was told the back of your contract says I had 72 hours to cancel. After seeing the review I was contacted by Matt the manager who assured me most pest control contracts read this way, but if I was not happy with it he would void the contract and personally come out to take care of any wasp or fire ant problems in the next few weeks being they were just here recently.

I have had Romey for 1.5 years now. They always call to schedule my visit and arrive exactly as they say they will. I'm very pleased with this company and have nothing bad to report.

We have been using Romney since summer of last year, and they are great! Whenever we have a pest issue, they are happy to schedule as early as possible to ensure the pest stay onder control. Sometimes we have ants and wasp trying to move in, but Romney's treatments ensure they are taken care of quickly (one year we had quite a few ants and their ant formula eliminated the ants around our whole house). Their prices are also fair and we even had a special promotion with them which they have continued to honor. We recommend Romney to all of our friends for pest control!

They charge $68 per visit and they use an all natural pest repellent. They are always on-time and cordial. They have a very good service department and they've been very kind with me in regards to my bills. Sometimes I get a little bit behind and they call me, but they don't bother me. If we need to brainstorm about what to do next, they are always helpful with that. They also did termite control for me and instead of trying to oversell it, they just did a quarter of the yard because that's where I needed. They also put termite monitors around my house to monitor termites and it saved us a lot of money.

I dialed the phone and received a human being on the other sign of the line. That in itself was encouraging. The manager was polite, proffesional and courteous. Jason, the expert on these matters even called me to warn me about a possible delay due to heavy traffic. When he arrived he left no stone unturned and gave me a detailed explanation about where this parasites like to live, the clues about their existence, etc. He was very proffesional and polite. When I asked him how much did I owe for the service he responded that nothing. The company´s policy is to charge only for service rendered. I couldn't even get him to accept a tip. Whenever I need extermination services Romney´s is my prefered choice. I highly recomend it. Margarita Saez M.D.

Okay, but I felt they came to often when not needed.

I have used this company for pest control for a few months. They, from customer service staff to technicians, are helpful and professional. Better yet there are no pest in or around my home.

They contacted my tenants and arranged an appointment at the tenant's convenience, billing me. I did not have to do anything but give them my credit card number and sign the contract which they sent by e-mail. The tenants reported that they the treatment was successful. I was happy that I did not have to be there since I am an out of town landlord. I felt the price was very fair after having used other pest control companies in the past.

I've used Romney Pest Control for a while. They give me good service and they haven't gone up on the prices for quite a few years. I originally went with them because the price was lower than most. They have always come out punctually. I'm staying with Romney Pest Control.

Not well either of the two times. Both service techs were unprofessional and rude. They did not move anything light to spray behind it nor did they attempt to reach/stretch to spray behind heavier items. I did not feel that they did a thorough job.

We noticed a few tiny little ants in a section of our home a few days after they had come out and we called them, they came out immediately and remedied that. Their price is fair.

I have used Romney for the past 5 years, and have always been pleased with their service. All of their service personnel are courteous, neat, and arrive within the time window scheduled. They ask about any concerns or pest problems we're having, and attend to those as well as spraying wasp nests, knocking down cobwebs outdoors, and treating ant beds. Even though I've never had to call them between my scheduled quarterly service dates, they always offer to come back anytime if I see any area that needs treating. I highly recommend their service.

Jason was time and professional, pointed out trouble areas, and took care of few things I was not aware of ,,,, Well hac=ve to see what happens with the bugs before I rate Quality, but I am pretty sure they are done for

Fantastic. Tim Tunstall greeted me at the designated time. He went over the entire process, I showed him the trouble areas including tiny ants in our bathroom, fire ants in the yard and some mud dobbers in the attic and soffit areas. I asked him to be especially cautious around our garden area and not to treat it. He was professional and courteous. Even friendly to my three little girls as they left for swim practice. A great professional experience overall.

Tim arrived on time. He explained what he was doing thoroughly and promptly completed his treatment regimen. We have used Romney Pest Control for 3 years and are extremely happy with their services and results.

They come out in between services if there is a problem and fix it. They are easy to work with.

They are awesome. They are responsive and they follow through what they guarantee. If there is any problem then they would come in and spray for free and doesn’t charge anything. It is also 24hour service. I have a yearly contract with them and I have been renewing it for years.
