From the Start, Working with Morningside was such a pleasant experience. I have not had good luck with contractors in general but now after working with Morningside and their team- I would never use any other contractor for any of my Landscaping needs. Their professionalism, attention to detail, attentiveness and listening to my desires was from start to finish- Absolutely Exceptional!

They put in plants that were inappropriate for this area and which I must now remove because they have overwhelmed my small yard in only 1 1/2 years I paid for three boulders, but only received two. They caused severe drainage problems which they refused to correct unless I paid additional money. I have now spent a total of $3,500 to repair this work. Inferior workmanship on the gravel walk; some of the stones are so unstable that they can't be walked on safely. I requested a low maintenance landscape and received a high maintenance landscape, with plants such as Camellias that require a lot of soil, water, and pruning care, though I told her I had never had luck with that plant. Many of the plants have died, some have been replaced, only to die again because the soil, drainage, and locations have been completely unsuitable. She says the plants are appropriate with regular maintenance, with her doing the maintenance at a very high price. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
