"Morningside Landscape places the highest regard on our customers and their satisfaction with our work. From the initial meeting through the design process and the installation, our customers receive constant communications with their salesman to assure their happiness from start to finish of their project. All plants are selected with our clients. We spend time selecting plants through the Tan book which describes plant attributes and photos. We have found that choosing each plant with the client along with explanations and advisements, we have done our job and usually can ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of their selections. We are professionals and offer a clear estimate which lists all materials to be installed and agreed upon before beginning work. Landscapes must have regular maintenance which we go over with each client. In her case, all these above procedures were followed from start to finish. We have had multiple meetings with her during and after her warranty period. We have replaced may plants, some due to warranty issues and some not usually covered under warranty for reasons of neglect or seasonal items. We also do not assume responsibility for her drainage problem because it was pre-existing. She was aware of the issue before we began and wanted to take care of it through her builder.
