Description of Work: Refrigerator and freezer was not cold enough. Patrick came right out and thawed coil so it started cooling. Came next day and replaced defroster thermostat and ice maker. Outstanding service.

Description of Work: We called yesterday, Monday, 11/12 before Lisa's opened. We discovered that our second refrigerator wasn't working. Patrick called back within an hour, said that he would call when he was on his way. He arrived within 10 minutes of his estimated time. Unfortunately, our refrigerator was beyond help; Patrick gave recommendations on a new one and what to look for. We also had him look at our previously quiet dishwasher which isn't quiet any longer. He gave estimates - like $300 for a new motor, and more for the control panel. Both of them are still working; Patrick gave an estimate of another year or so of life and that perhaps replacing the dishwasher would be cheaper. We've used Lisa's Appliance in the past and we have always been well pleased with their service and honestty. Tom and Helen Cox

+ -1 moreThey fixed it for me. They have worked on it earlier too. They are very responsive and very good. They are very prompt and very polite too. They are very good about coming back if they haven’t gotten things fixed. They wouldn’t charge us for their return visits. I have used them several times. They are really good people.

+ -1 moreLisa is an honest, affordable and capable alternative to "factory authorized" sub-zero repair facilities, all of which have negative ratings from the Better Business Bureau, and when listed with Lisa's. A very pleasant experience on once they finally showed up. Very pleasant owner and technician. Very knowledgeable technician. Failure to adhere to scheduled appointment times. It took 3 different appointments before technician finally arrived. Call office frequently on scheduled day to check about whether technician is likely to be able to keep appointment. Call customer as soon as you know technician might not make appointment time, and keep apprised afterward. Improve scheduling.
Description of Work: Repaired blockage to ice maker on sub-zero separate built-in freezer.

+ -1 moreHe came out to look at our washer and dryer and told us it would last forever because of the way it was built. He recommended using it until they wouldn't work anymore and then replacing. He is honest and forthright about the things we need to know. They are very prompt, they tell you they will be here and then they are here.
Description of Work: They service appliances. We have a rental and they came to look at the dishwasher and told us it would cost more to repair than to buy a new one. He also recommended replacing a microwave rather than repairing. He does installation.
