When I met with Roxanne-JW roofing & remodeling for estimation, she took the time to explain to me advantages and disadvantages of the options for material and the roof replacement processing procedures they will use, which has more protection from the leak. Roxanne use her knowledge to get maximum benefit for my property from insurance coverage. JW roof & remodeling used the best quality of material and workmanship for my property. More importantly, They did the work very professionally and timely. They removed the old shingle, and put in the new shingle just in one day. Now I can see my beautiful new roof and have peace when it rains. Everything exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend JW Roofing & Remodeling to friends.

I would like to start off by saying I truly love my new roof. My contractor (Sammy) went above and beyond. He ensured workers arrived earlier than expected, which is always a positive start and promptly began working. A complete new roof (upgraded to the highest quality in materials) was installed within 1.5 days. My point of contact throughout the entire process was (Roxanne) who was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. She managed and provided all required information to my community HOA. In addition, she handled all verbal transactions with the claims department through my bank. The process was seamless. All I had to do was select the type and color roof I wanted from several options. JW Roofing is also military friendly (discounts)! I highly recommend this company. I finally had my roof replaced after the severe hail damage we had last year in the San Antonio area. It took me a while to find a roofing company which I felt I could trust. I came upon JW Roofing and Remolding. I met with the owner, Roxanne Derby, and new instantly I could trust this company. Roxanne explained everything thoroughly to me. My insurance company underestimated the amount of damage the roof had sustained, and Roxanne explained to them they needed to pay for things that were code and had to be repaired. She managed to get the insurance company to pay for the additional damage. The company finished my roof in 1 ½ days. They roofers were courtesy and thorough with attention to detail. I would highly recommend JW Roofing and remodeling to anyone.

Normally I would not take the time to write reviews on contractors as most seem to leave a bad taste in your mouth. Our church suffered a claim during the 2015 hail storm and the company who serviced us then made me hope to never have to experience anything like that again. To this day, there is still unfinished interior work. With that said… …on behalf of the Berean Bible Fellowship Church, I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude towards JW Roofing & Remodeling and their entire staff. From the point I contacted the office, Roxanne was absolutely professional and extremely knowledgeable. I immediately felt confident in her explanation on how the entire insurance process would take place and assured me that she and the entire JW Roofing staff would walk uus through every step of the process. Immediately concerned with leaks on the property, she was ready to dispatch any necessary technicians to either perform emergency repairs or tarp the affected buildings. WOW, WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! JW Roofing & Remodeling handled all communications between the church and our insurance company. They even went so far as to request a second and third inspection to cover collateral damages that were not on the original estimate our adjuster provided. Ensuring that our property be put back to pre-storm condition was absolutely impressive. As far as the actual work on the property, production went according to plan. Materials delivered on the date it was scheduled and workers showed up not only on time but 20 to 30 minutes early. Trades were coordinated very well.
