All Service Air Conditioning & Heating

Had previously done a freon charge and told us we had a small leak but wouldn't suggest replacing the unit at that time. Short time later the unit failed again requiring we replace it. They gave us a bid as did 2 other companies. They were very helpful and answered all my questions to make sure I was comparing apples to apples. I did some research on the equipment they suggested and gave them the job. They showed up when they said they would, replace it very quickly and cleanly and it has worked beautifully since that time.

Great. The crew from all service arrived on time. They are honest as they have proved a second opinion to another company that told me that I required a new system!

Excellent.  On time start, completion as contracted with the system that matched our house requirements.

We needed a new furnace to replace an old, outdated, non-working unit.  Inasmuch as we have used All Service for at least 15 years, we called them again.  They came out, looked to ensure the old unit was totally dead, and gave us a quote. Within just a few days, they were back with a new unit and installed it within the quoted cost. The service guys are professional, courteous & friendly.  We highly recommend them!

When they pulled our venting out they discovered a huge hole that had been patched with card stock (thick paper) and then installed in such a way in the attic that it couldn't be seen when visually inspected!!  Since they finished with their work, (this summer and last) I've had electric bills cut by 2/3rds!  My neighbors can't believe it when I tell them.  All Service also completed all necessary paperwork with CPS and the Fed so I would get numerous rebates on the system I had installed.  Their workers were respectful, courteous and on time every day.  They protected my carpeting/floors anytime they came in the house by using shoe protectors.  Their job supervisor's phone never stopped ringing about other jobs so I know they are very busy but if you are smart you will hire them and wait knowing you will get the best price and excellent service.  BTW I got estimates from two other companies and one (same name as an actor) was DOUBLE what All Service's was.  I got huge rebates on my system so I didn't pay a CPS bill for over a year thus my delay in posting this review. 

It turned out very well. The owner came out because he was getting a proposal for a house. He is still in the process of giving me an estimate for a house. It was right next door to the apartment so he came over and fixed it. He was an honest and nice guy. The price was a little high. I will use them again.
