Alamo City Arbor Care

We needed 80 psi to operate the new system. Our water pressure here is 60psi. After the new sprinler system was installed, Mr. Eric Gonzales of ACAC informed me that it was my responsibility to make sure SAWS upped my pressure and that we also needed to purchase a pressure release valve.
SAWS has informed me that 60psi is what we have and that a pressure release valve ONLY is used to reduce pressure. Mr. Eric Gonzales is not returning my phone call to discuss this issue.
Also, he bought plants and installed them my knowing what he was selecting. We now have some full sun plants in a primarily shady area in a focal area of our front yard.

Very prompt, very professional, very clean. A. four man crew took about three hours of careful work, removing trees from a city back yard. They did an excellent and careful job and cleaned up every scrap. I would definitely use their services again!

They came Saturday morning and promptly started to work. They did a complete and thorough job, one man cutting and two men removing limbs, They only stopped for lunch and the job was completed by early afternoon. They cleaned the yard of all debris. It was hard to tell that they had even been there.  My neighbor was so impressed with their work that he hired them to come back and do some work for him. Very professional and outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone. Jon has his on chipper so there was no limbs left on the curb for the city to pick up.

Mike is a professional!  He immediately responded to our request for an estimate of work we wanted accomplished.  He pruned all trees in our yard and removed all debris.  We were a bit nervous about the tree that needed to be trimmed by our pool.  However, everything was perfectly done.  His service is outstanding!  We are so thankful that he was recommended by a friend, and had received high reviews on Angie's List!  We will definitely use Alamo City Arbor Care for all future needs!

We contacted Jon because his company did an excellent job trimming our trees in 2008.
We needed one large dying cedar removed in our front yard as well as several dead trees on the back fence line and several in our side yard. We have 2+ acres of land filled with cedar and oak trees. Jon came on Thursday to give us an estimate with the work date set for the next Tuesday. He said they might be able to start the job on Saturday if they completed a current one.
He called at 8:30 Saturday morning to say they'd be there in approximately one hour. Jon had his two-man crew start the job so he could finish another one. They broke for lunch at noon but were back at work by 1:00 and finished the job by 3:30. Jon ground down all the stumps and made sure everything was back in place.
Jon and his crew were prompt, accommodating and very pleasant. The finished price was exactly what he'd quoted and we'll definitely call him again when it's time to do the "big tree trim"!

Jon was very responsive and met me the day that I called.  We were putting down sod so he worked quickly to get the tree removed. Would definitely use them again.

They did a really good job on the trimming and the landscaping. Their prices are reasonable. We've recommended them to a neighbor.

We were impressed with Eric's creative eye. All we needed was to improve our landscaping, but the ideas he had such as the steps through the flower bed, truly impressed us and upgraded the look of our yard. When Eric could not be on site, Jose was on site daily and kept us informed of each step of the process. Even though they diligently worked through temps in the 20's, the fall rains did cause a bit of a delay, which is out of their control. We love our irrigation systems, the look of our yard, and our neighbors' complements on our new landscaping.

Called for estimate and they came that day. Priced the job and scheduled for next week, as I was traveling. My son was in need of some work so I called and had Mike go by. They did a large job for him and also on a rental property on the other side of town. 
Called in advance, showed on time, and went to work. Mike and his crew were superb, did a complete and thorough job exactly as wanted. They were fast, complete, and professional. Once completed, they cleaned everything up and surprised me by the total removal of all signs of debris. My large oak can now breathe...and no longer threatens my roof.
The job done for my son on his house and the rental was also outstanding, so for three separate jobs they did great, quality work. 
Kudos to these folks. They are true professionals. Next time, they're first on my list!!

We had to reschedule this appointment several times due to bad weather, but they called each time. Work was done quickly with a large crew and they cleaned up as they went.

The guys called when they were on the way, on the date scheduled for service. Once they arrived, there was "no" messing around. They knew what I wanted done and to achieve, and since John, the owner and one who gave me estimate wasn't there, told me there was good communications and very specific. They immediately went to work. There was "no" hesitation or messing around. And, they didn't stop until the work was done. And to my complete satisfaction. The trees look great and ALL the issues I had concerns with were completely taken care of. And by the way, they cleaned up EVERYTHING. When they were done and left, other than the trees looking great, you couldn't tell they were ever there. They did so good another neighbor came to get information. Everything with Alamo City Arbor Care was a great experience. Very professional, polite, obviously knowledgeable and their crew was excellent and just based on their work, very experienced and professional. Not only would I recommend Alamo City Arbor Care, I plan to again use their expertise in the very near future to have some trees planted in m back yard. When they were done everything looked fantastic and i couldn't even tell they had been there.

When I called about an estimate, the gentleman showed up the same day.  He seemed very knowledgeable, was pleasant yet professional, and provided what I felt was a reasonable price for the amount of work involved.  The crew showed up when promised, worked quickly, thoroughly cleaned up the area, and in my opinion did an excellent job.

I got an estimate the day after I called, January 20th, to prune and trim 2 large oaks, mostly to stop the growth into my neighbor's house. The quote was for $525, after a $50 discount coupon from the neighborhood circular. Not a bad price, but we needed a couple of weeks to save the money. I called back on the 30th to schedule the work and got the voicemail. I left a message about getting on the schedule, but to date I have not received a return call.
Since I had the money and needed to get the oaks pruned before oak wilt season, I found and bought a $329 coupon through Angie's List for the Tree Guys of Texas. They were at my house the next day, and my trees look great for less.
So in a way, not getting a call back was a blessing but regardless, it is highly unprofessional not to at least call back, even if they have to refuse the job.

Project went well and as expected.

They cleaned up after themselves and behaved professionally throughout the process.  We have used them before and will not hesitate to do so again as needed.
