As stated above...it was an AWESOME experience!

I awoke on Thursday morning with the home temperature at 61 degrees inside and 22 degrees outside. The heating unit was limping along with only emergency heat operational. Issy arrived on-time on Thursday evening and was very thorough in his inspection of the old York unit, which was approaching 30 years old. He showed me how the compressor was not working and the coolant line had burst. He also took pictures of the existing duct work to show what and why the need for replacement. Issy was very professional in presenting the proposed replacement unit and clearly explained what the cost was and what was covered in the quote. Even though it was approximately 7:30 p.m. by that time, Issy called Manny (owner) to see if the replacement unit could be arranged to be installed the next day. Mondo and Juan arrived with the replacement equipment before 10:30. Issy also came by to ensure that everything was going according to plan. The guys even poured a new concrete pad for the unit. However, they were finished by 5 p.m. and had everything cleaned up beautifully! Awesome professionals! AND -- I am so pleased that they are local and a family business.

Manny ensured I was well informed in his process. He verified the full functionality of both systems even though the call was for one. Very professional, and they will definitely be my go to in from now on.
