I have only good things to say about my experience with Window Fashions of Texas.  The entire process from
ordering to installation could not have been better.  Mary Hudson is the ultimate professional.  Mary was always
available to answer any of my questions or concerns.  All of my rooms have a custom look, and I am truly
grateful to Mary and her staff.  I highly recommend this company.

Window Fashions of Texas rocks. If you need window treatments, go to visit their showroom first. Everyone works over there is so knowledgeable, professional, caring, and passionate about what they do. Kerry gave us quote based on our measurements and then she came to our house and did the measurements. After we closed on the house, Kerry came and did a final walk through with us before she submitted the order. We had to have custom paint done so Kerry came back to our house to compare the paint sample. After about four or five weeks, Mike came to install the shutters. He was so skillful. Bryan, another installer, came to finish up the work because Mike was not available at the time. Bryan was so patient and meticulous. He took the effort to make sure every shutter is perfect! Tom, the owner of the company, is such a down to earth person. Diana, the office manager, made appointments for me the soon my shutters arrived. After the shutters were installed, I went back to get a door shade. Kerry came to meet with me after work, she brought samples and made recommendations. She would not pressure me to make decisions. Bryan came and installed the shade for me, again another great job! It is really wonderful that this company stands behind their products: lifetime transferable limited warranty! Based on numerous on-line reviews, including those on Angie's List, we were confident that WFTX provided consistent, quality products and service.  This was confirmed during every encounter, from our visit to their showroom and through the scheduling and installation processes.

By reading reviews we learned that WFTX had a group of very qualified design consultants.  We were fortunate to meet Brittany Binder on our showroom visit.  Brittany explained the variety of shades that would fit our needs and helped us quickly zero in on just the right product.  During our in-home meeting she helped us select just the right shade pattern and color for our décor.

The installation process could not have been better.  Mike Macias arrived as scheduled and had all five shades professionally installed within an hour.  We asked Mike about a problem we were having with existing shades elsewhere in our home.  Mike immediately knew what needed to be done and offered to make the adjustments at no charge.

The entire experience with WFTX was excellent, from our initial meeting with Brittany, through the installation process completed by Mike.   We highly recommend you visit their showroom to discuss your window treatment needs.

I had just built a sunroom on my deck and decided the west exposure needed blinds in the afternoon when I was out there.  Kerry came out to measure them.  She also suggested I really needed the blackout shades to completely block the sun.  We picked out a matching color and she measured my windows.  Two weeks later my shades were ready and installed.   I absolutely love them and they will make my room much more user friendly in the afternoon.

I had an amazingly positive experience with Window Fashions of Texas! I dealt with Mary Hudson, who was very gracious and patient with my very numerous inquiries and lengthy indecision, and very easy to work with. In addition to fielding my many questions over a period of several months, she also came over to the residence and took the necessary measurements, and made various  and highly useful suggestions as to color, style, and the specific options available for the various suggested colors and styles. I was able to take some time to digest all of the information and make a decision that I could be comfortable with. The shades arrived in a very timely manner, despite the purchase having been finalized around the holiday season, and within three weeks after my purchase, I had Hunter Douglas shades professionally installed in my home. The installer was timely and speedy but did an excellent job with the installation, and he also courteously fielded my questions. The product is of very good quality, and corresponds appropriately with the price tag. Due to the positive experience I have had with Window Fashions of Texas, and with Ms. Hudson in particular, I fully intend to use this company's services again.

Everything went smoothly and we are once more happy with the entire process and with the finished product.  Each time we have dealth with Mary Hudson.  She is very professional and had many ideas to help us determine just what we wanted.  Normally Mary would come out the day of the installation to make sure all went correctly.  This last time she had surgery and could not make it.  But, Mary called a few days afterwards to check on how things went.  The man who did the installation did good work and made sure we understood how to work the window treatments.
We will definitely use Window Fashion of Texas and Mary Hudson again.

Before we closed on our new house, we got estimates from several stores.  When we stopped in at Window Fashions of Texas we spoke to Brittany Binder who was very friendly and knowable.  We stopped by several times before we made a decision.  Brittany  was always friendly and helpful.  I was impressed that the shutters were 100% made in Texas out of wood.  They had many options that I did not see in other stores.  Once we ordered the shutters, everything was on time.  Mike the installer was very friendly and did a great job.  We are very happy with our shutters.  Our new neighbors had these shutters in their old house for about 10 years and were very happy with them.  They also ordered new shutters for the new house.

price quoted was the price, showed up when they said,

When the sales person came out, she was very knowledgeable and the product was great. Scheduling ended up being a real issue and the scheduler was not very nice. There was some damage to the blinds when they arrived and the installer broke my window. I was pretty upset and the owner had to get involved. He handled everything very professionally and he followed up with me personally. The end result was very good and I would use them again.

They are great and they really make the house look great. I love them! They were easy to work with and showed up on time. They cleaned up well after themselves. The quality of the shutters are great and they have held up all these years.

My experience was very good. We were very pleased with the work. They did an excellent job. They were able to give us a quote right away and delivered the shutters a few days early. The technician knew what he was doing during the installation. The price was very competitive. I like that the shutters are made here in the USA.

They did a good job. Diana was very very helpful and good. She took fantastic measurements and gave us a great product. The installation took about a day to complete.

We had some questions and they said they would check with the manufacturer and get back to us. They never got back to us after that appointment.
