The service man arrived early. He also called when he was about 15 minutes out. He was extremely courteous and took less than 30 minutes to do the work. The total for the service call, parts, installation and tax was $142.87. I am happy with the work and Whitley's.

Quick service.. came out right after i called. Polite, clean and professional technician.. got right to it, and fixed the problem. Very happy with the service.

I took the deadbolt to them, and they rekeyed it right away for a very reasonable price. They really know their stuff.

Whitley's Lock and Safe contacted me right away. JC came the next day. He was punctual, prompt and efficient. I was charged $49 for the service call, $11.50 for each lock, and $2.25 for each key. I had three locks re-keyed and they all work like a charm. It took him less than an hour to complete the job. I highly recommend this business.

He did not have what I needed, but was very professional in our conversation. He listened to me and outlined several solutions to my need. Then he recommended another locksmith store that he thought would be able to handle my need, Amerikeys. He didn't have to do that, but showed his concern for me. If I ever need any lock service that he can provide, you can bet I'll call him first and will recommend him to others as well. BTW the store he recommended did have my solution. They're not listed here, but should be!!!

They replaced the lock, re keyed it to an existing key. They also adjusted the door. The price was not as expensive as I thought. The service was great. I would use them again.

Amazing. I called Whitley Lock and Key to use the $10.00 off coupon. The key to the file cabinet was lost. I called and the gentleman to ask him to come by and make another key and he said if there is a number on the lock on the cabinet they could make the key and I could come by and pick it up. I couldn't see the number clearly so he said to take a picture of it with my smartphone and send it to him. That worked perfectly. He said I could pick the key up in about 15 minutes. Took me longer to drive over there to pick it up. It is really nice when a company saves you money and doesn't try to take advantage of you. Would use them again. Have referred friends to them. We lose ours keys :-). I had one extra key also made since they reduce the price for any additional keys.

He answered any questions we had and he insisted on cleaning up the wood chips from drilling the holes on his own. He was very nice and professional. Will recommend to others and will hire again.
