My Polaris pool cleaner was not working. I used Home Advisor to find a local company. At the top of the list was Waterworks Pool Cleaning & Service. I called and left a message for them. They called me back within 10 minutes and told me while they could not come by, he'd help me over the phone. He stayed on the line with me for 30 minutes talking me through what to do. Outstanding! He helped me to fix my problem (there was more than one) and it didn't cost me a dime. I didn't get the gentleman's name (he told me at the beginning) but I did tell him at the end of the conversation that he definitely has a future customer should I need their services. I strongly recommend this company!

I called Dan in desperate need to repair my pool heater ASAP. He was able to come out immediately, and also fixed it within the hour. He answered all questions and even gave some info on other pool issues. Easy to talk to and very professional! Thank you Dan!

I came back from a trip and found my pool pump had not been working. I was in a hurry to find someone so my pool would not get off balance and dirty. I called Dan in the morning and he showed up at his appointed time that afternoon. I was anticipating replacing a pump for around 1000 dollars but instead he was able to replace the capacitor and I also had him replace a flapper valve and it cost 173 dollars. I also asked Dan many questions about pools since I do my own maintenance and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Waterworks is my go to pool service.
