Vic does outstanding work. He is always quick to return my calls and has been immediately available which was good due to the fact it was refrigeration work. He also has great pricing. Vic came out to see my dryer. I called and he came soon afterwards as he works nearby. He looked at the dryer and told me he can fix it but it would be cheaper to buy a new one. He also gave me advise about my icemaker. He is straight forward and I appreciated his honesty.

I CALLED HIM ON A SATURDAY MORNING, AND HE CAME OUT WITHIN THE HOUR. MY REFRIGERATOR HAD STOPPED RUNNING, AND HE CAME OUT TO ACCESS THE PROBLEM. HE HAD THE PART IN THE TRUCK, HE FIXED MY REFRIGERATOR RIGHT AWAY, AND HE CALLED BACK IN 2 DAYS TO MAKE SURE THE REFRIGERATOR WAS WORKING PROPERLY.

Vic's Authorized Appliance Service Company did great work. He didn't rip us off. They were reliable professional people who have been in business a long time. They drove a company truck full of tools to get the job done right. They have done great work for me since 1975.
