By far, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Everyone is so helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure the problem is resolved. While I hope I never need their services again, they will be the first I call if I do. Highly recommend if you want a company who has fair pricing with superior service.

Vespid has been treating the interior and exterior of my 4000SF house for approximately two years. Their chemicals are odorless and extremely effective, definitely more effective than those used by a larger company at my house during prior years. The staff (from the receptionist, to the technicians and owner) are respectful, courteous, efficient, and punctual. My original introduction to Vespid was for help with a yellow jacket invasion in the kitchen wall, which was handled perfectly. I decided to give them a try with their routine pest control. Each visit starts with questions about any particular insect that I've noticed in the house, to include small spiders in window sills. The chemicals are tailored to the needs and environmental circumstances of the home, considering locations of trees, brick enclosure/courtyard, and pets. I actually went an entire six months between the most recent visits and my home remained free of beetles, scorpions, spiders, or any other critter. Plus, the price is very reasonable for the quality and thoroughness of the job. I have no plans to switch companies.

Over the last 26 years I've caught rabbits, raccoons, possums, porcupines, ringtail cats, and neighborhood cats including my own, this was the first skunk. Not wanting to attempt a release of this guy. I called Vespid and got a quote that while I felt was a bit high, weighing the possibilities made me decide it was worth it. I was given a time range for the service, and they also called to let me know that the service man was on his way. He transported the skunk to a forested area, and returned my trap (he also disposed of the plastic bag I'd wrapped the trap in.
Painless but slightly smelly transaction. If it happens again I'll be calling them again (I wonder if they have a volume discount).

We have recently moved to our new home and found a bee hive in one of the cedar trees in the backyard. Called to make an appointment and they gave us a quote over the phone based on our description on where the hive was located. Appointment was made for the next day. The technician arrived promptly the day of the appointment. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After examining the hive location, he explained to us that he will be unable to save the hive as it was lodged inside the tree. He explained what he will do to exterminate the bees and seal the openings to the hive, so they won't return to the same location. They provide a 90 day warranty and 10% military discount. The price we were quoted on the phone was pretty close to what we actually paid the day of the service.

Stinger Pest Control has been my exterminator for 3 years. They provide quarterly services for me and have also removed yellow jackets and critters. The most recent trouble has been caused by a family of raccoons. Stinger's team has humanely trapped and relocated the raccoons (and a few possums!) to a safe, new location. The team is timely, professional, and courteous - they always smile politely at my silly raccoon stores. I would highly recommend them for your regular exterminating services.

I have been using him for several years. They are very good. They come out quarterly. They are very personable. They tell you everything about the chemicals they are using. If you do notice anything after they have come, you can call them and they will come back out to retreat the home. I will continue to use them.
