The woman in charge of the show room and counter is never even slightly polite. She will sit in the back on the phone while customers are waiting, and acts like it is an interruption to wait on you. We have yet to have our vacuum cleaner fixed after 2 tries and over 5 weeks. It is the worst service we have ever had by any merchant.
