I was unaware that we had cracks in the fireplace plates so the repair surprised me. With that being said, they did a fine job fixing the issue.

Person who came to clean the chimney was more interested in selling other services soon after a quick inspection. Left hardwood floor dirty and had to call back. He returned with an attitude and cursively wiped the floor with wet wipes??

Steven did an excellent job of inspecting and cleaning my fireplace which has not been cleaned in years. He discovered and repaired a crack and painted the fireplace. It looks amazing and I feel it is now safe to use.

Very disappointed In their service. Originally called for a basic chimney inspection and cleaning. The fireplace had not been used in over 30 years and was only used a few times before that. The guy stayed the chimney would need a deep clean from so much use. It should have been my first red flag. The price then went up from 99 to more than double. After he came off my roof he satiated I needed more sealant and he showed me pictures of what needed to be done. Said he would cut me a deal for $1400. I said I did not need the sealant. Then he proceeded to tell me every joint inside the fireplace needed to be sealed. I said fine at another cost of $149. Now after using the fireplace 3 times everywhere, he sealed has turned white against my black fireplace and looks like a shot. He also put down drop cloths that were obviously already surety and soiled my brand new rug. Super annoyed. Got upsold for nothing and it looks horrible now. Do not use their service!!

The men came to clean and inspect our fireplace and chimney for their $99.99 special. I was on a conference call as they had scheduled for 11-2 but showed up at 3:30 (and a day late). They told my wife that the fireplace was very dirty and it would be an extra $200 (total now $299). They were at the house about a half-hour, they did not clean the logs or check the gas starter system as it now does not work, and told her that there were some cracks in the fireplace back wall needing another $200 of repair.

We were extremely happy with United Home cleaning services. The technician John is a very knowledgeable and personable professional. He did an excellent job cleaning and repairing our chimney. He explained each step of the process thoroughly and made recommendations for the safe use of our fireplace. We had not used our fireplace in over 10 years so we did upgrade from the basic services to a deep clean and minor crack repair. During these processes, John made sure that all the debris was contained and cleaned the fireplace area completely when he was done. We are looking forward to using our new fireplace. Many thanks to John for doing such a great job. We will definitely recommend United Home Cleaning Services and would certainly call them again.

The person who cleaned the fireplace and chemny got ash and soot all over my house and walls. They did not warn me or have anything to protect my furniture, or valuable paintings. It has cost me more than $300 to get some of the house livable. I am not sure how damaged the paintings might be. I definitely do NOT recommend them for those reasons.
