Daniel and Greg did an outstanding job. They inspected everything and gave me a quote for the necessary repairs to make everything safe. Though I ultimately DID get the repairs done, they did not press me. Initially I chose to only get the basic cleaning and talk with wife before deciding on the more extensive work. No pressure. Changed my mind and had work done.....even gave me a 10% discount. Gave me a 7 year warranty on the work. Using fireplace now, and am very happy with the result. Highly recommend.

They did a good job. They only thing I did not like was they kept trying to sell me other services besides just cleaning my Chimney. Some of the things they offered were okay but every time I said yes to service then they would offer to do something else or that I needed something else. After a while, I felt like they were trying to take advantage of someone who did not really know that much about chimney cleaning.

I asked for a quote and I received a price I thought was too high. The sales manager and I arrived at a price we were both comfortable with. The service person started the project the same day and completed the work late in the afternoon. The service man was courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a great job and I was pleased with the results.

I got a reasonable quote on the phone. Technician arrived hooked up his equipment then started the upsell and ended up with a 500 percent increase from original quote. We did not accept the upsell, so he kept offering different **deals** Work was ok but definitely not worth what we went through. Probably will not use home advisor again.

As I do apologize you feel this way I don't agree we deserve this harsh review!!!! we actually were trying to help you with the price and the service and I recommend you to discuss the issues we pointed with your landlord. Also please check around and you will find out our prices are more then fair within the industry. The service person was outstanding. Friendly, thorough, helpful. My only complaint is I was quoted $99 for a chimney cleaning but when they arrived they tried to up-sale me on a deep cleaning for three-times the price. It felt like a bait-and-switch. Just quote the actual price via Home Advisor and don t play games.
