The technicians called ahead of time and arrived on time. After visually inspecting the chimney inside and out, they pushed for level 1 ($599) and 2 maintenance ($1,200). While climbing on the roof, the service person scratched the gutters with the ladder. Upon completing a 10 minute $99 cleaning (ran a brush inside the chimney and used a wet/dry vac), they left the damper open and a bunch of debris inside the firebox. Next time, I will go with a different company.

Scheduled expecting to spend only like 500 bucks. Ended up spending over 2K. I'm not mad about it, the service(s) NEEDED to be done for sure. It's just that the cleanup for the job could have been done better. After they left I had to vacuum every room that they were in. If I'm spending that kind of money I wouldn't expect myself or anyone in my family to "finish" the job which I believe was part of the 2k price.

The deal we got for standard A/C duct cleaning + free dryer cleaning was very reasonable. However, I was given a quote for cleaning up additional return vents that were dirty as well. At that time, I wanted a clean system and went ahead with it, though I felt that the quote per return vent and for sanitation seemed too high. Later, when I did a little research, looked like the typical charges per return vent is only around $50... we paid almost triple for each. I wish it were reasonably priced, so I would've done the whole house (since we have return vents in each room). Due to the expensive quote, I had to stop with just 3 return vents and that still cost me almost a grand (incl. taxes). So, I feel you could either get a better value for your money eslewhere.. or better do the research on prices before getting the service.

Cleaning the chimney was fine. I also hired them to repair the chimney. The job was not done as we discussed or promised and not in writing. The appointment to do an inspection was a no-show. I graded this company as a combined job. I physically am not able to climb up on the roof to check it closely.

He explained what he was going to do, took pictures of what he found and provided details of what he had done. This is a quality company. I would recommend them to others.
